★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dost špatná zkušenost .chodíte mezi zbožím cca 15 minut a nikdo si vás nevšimne.nakonec jsem to vzdal a šel do jiného elektra..posledni návštěva tohoto obchodu.
 Quite a bad experience .You walk among the goods for about 15 minutes and no one will notice you. In the end I gave it up and went to another electrical plant .. Last visit to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otočení pantů na lednici za 700,-Kc bez dokladu je husté.Bylo nám řečeno že pokud bychom to udělali doma tak nám nebude platit záruka,jednání jako u predvadecek,zbytek si domyslete š...... .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tihle se svým přístupem brzy zkrachují. Nedivím se, že jsem u této firmy ještě nikdy nic nekoupila. Pět jich stálo v kruhu, asi se chystali vyvolat déšť nebo co. Ani jeden mne neobsloužil. Zboží probrané, nedoplňené a vlastně vůbec pusto prázdno, jde vidět, že se zde zákazníci nehrnou.
These will soon go bankrupt with their approach. No wonder I've never bought anything from this company before. Five of them stood in a circle, probably about to cause rain or something. Neither of them served me. Goods discussed, incomplete and, in fact, empty, it can be seen that customers do not flock here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem poměrně klidný člověk. Ale s Okay jsem skončila. Při nákupu lednice vše proběhlo úžasně,prodejce byl ochotný a příjemný. Ovšem doprava katastrofa. Nechápu ,jak si toto někdo může dovolit!! Zaplatila jsem si dovoz do pěti dní. Je to 13 dní a lednici stále nemám. Výmluvy typu ,,máme toho moc nebo to je pozdě,, v pozadí smích (jakože paní,už je naštvaná) Nechápu,že je to managementu úplně očividně jedno. Upřímně zvazuji řešení situace na příslušných místech. Toto doopravdy NE!!!!!!!!
I am a relatively calm person. But I'm done with Okay. When buying a refrigerator, everything went wonderfully, the seller was helpful and friendly. But traffic disaster. I don't understand how anyone can afford this !! I paid for the import within five days. It's been 13 days and I still don't have a fridge. Excuses like "we have too much or it's too late" in the background laugh (as a lady, she's already upset) I don't understand that management obviously doesn't care. I sincerely consider resolving the situation in the appropriate places. This really is NOT !!!!!!!!
