I never want anything from them again in my life, such logic with transport will bring you each package separately, it will not occur to anyone, maybe just okey furniture…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesná zkušenost s nákupem u OKAY, nikdy více a ani to nikomu nedoporučuji!! Doručili mi postel (která měla být údajně z expozice ale naprosto v pořádku), obě části postele jsou levé, nejde tedy sešroubovat ani není očalouněná. Vyměnit jednu část nechtějí, prý jsem si koupila bazarové zboží druhé jakosti. Muselo to být způsobeno schválně, nevěřím tomu že by vystavili špatně zkompletovanou postel!! Komunikace s nimi je také bezpředmětná.
Terrible experience with shopping at OKAY, never again and I do not recommend it to anyone !! They delivered me a bed (which was supposed to be from the exhibition, but perfectly fine), both parts of the bed are left, so it can't be screwed on or upholstered. They do not want to exchange one part, I say I bought second-hand second-hand goods. It must have been caused on purpose, I do not believe that they would expose a badly assembled bed !! Communication with them is also pointless.
