I saw someone mention One Way Van on a Switzerland Travel Planning FB group. Everything was seamless! We were very impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and punctuality! The baby seats and appropriate vignettes were included in the rental, eliminating so much hassle. Renting from large companies has NEVER been this quick and easy, especially during the holidays. Delivered direct to our hotel in Switzerland and picked up from our airport hotel in Munich. No hassle - the team were responsive and very easy to deal with. Great modern economical van with plenty of seating and space for our luggage and skis. Would definitely use One Way Van again in the future. One price with no surprises (insurances included), and much better value than a car hire company.

Their communication throughout the booking process was clear and very professional and they quickly responded to any questions or special requests. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 I needed to cancel my booking. They responded quickly to this request, processing the refund and checking to ensure that the funds were received and I had no further questions. Based on my dealings with One Way Van Rental I would recommend them for anyone looking to hire a van in Europe and I'll definately be coming back to book again.

Of course when your on a big trip sometimes things don't always go to plan! and the staff at One Way Van Rental went out of their way to make sure this experience was perfect! Their Van was in great condition, my dad was traveling with 3 young children, a teenager, his wife and him of course. The van was very spacious and had lots of room for luggage! I would give this company 20 stars out of 5 if i could! Would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone who was looking to rent a vehicle!
