V autorizovaném servise mi předtím řekli, že jedině vymění celou desku za několik tisíc. Absolute satisfaction. I broke the connector on the antenna near the new TV and Mr. Hnátek managed to fly it to me so that the TV works without any problems. In the authorized service they told me that they would only replace the entire board for a few thousand.

Mojí mamince se rozbila TV a i když p.Hnátek přijel hned druhý den tak musel objednat materiál a maminka by týden neměla na co koukat. Špatně chodí, je celý den sama a TV je pro ni velký společník. Pan Hnátek jí proto ještě ten první den přivezl náhradní televizi a to úplně bezplatně. Maminka byla šťastná a já musím tento přístup ocenit. Škoda, že se takto vstřícně nechovají k zákazníkům všude. Thank you A-V Plus and especially Mr. Hnátek for professional negotiations. Nemá žádnou provozovnu, ostatní adresy jsou jen kontakty a ne jeho provozovny, to už prověřoval i Živnostenský úřad, a to nejdůležitější - jeho opravování spočívá v tom, že když už přijede (nejezdí na vše), tak sdělí - nevyplatí se tv opravovat. Inkasuje peníz a jde se dál. Takže jestli chcete tuto službu JSTE TU DOBŘE. Jeho otec, to byl opravář, Robin je Šmoula. Mr. Hnátek, a fraudster, thinks that when he creates a new website, he has a clean shield. A few fake reviews and it goes. I	Itikis Sporilov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nepoznám horší servis, než je tento. Na webu slibuje hory doly a přitom je to sprostý lhář. Při domluveném terminu nepřijede, pak se vymluví na rozbité auto. Když už potom přijede, řekne že tv nemá cenu opravovat. Přitom jiný servis tv opravil a za dobrou cenu. NEDOPORUČUJI je to podvodník! I know no worse service than this. A	Adela Hynková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taky se chci podělit o zkušenost s tímto opravářem - umělcem !!! Navštívil mě celkem třikrát. Poprvé neměl vůbec žádné moduly, pouze si něco vymontoval z TV, zaplatila jsem 500,- Kč a odešel. Pak přišel ještě aby měnil moduly a nic neopravil. Zjistilo se, že poškodil uvnitř propojení modulů a zdrojový modul. Na závěr mi vrátil 500,-, vzal si doklad, jako že tu nebyl a zmizel. Raději si koupím novou TV, než poznat dalšího takového opraváře. Jak se může něco takového prezentovat na internetu jako opravna, to nechápu. NEDOPORUČUJI, pokud nechcete zažít hrůzu. He didn't have any modules for the first time, he just got something off the TV, I paid 500, - Kč and left. Then he came to change the modules and not fix anything. It was found to have damaged inside the connection modules and source module. In the end he returned 500, -, took a document like he wasn't here and disappeared. I'd rather buy a new TV than know another such repairman. How can this be presented on the Internet as a repair shop, I don't get it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you do not want to experience terror.
M	Magda Slavíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěla jsem opravu v bytě, protože i když mám auto tak TV 55" jen tak neodvezu. Obvolala jsem tři servisy ale nikdo přijet nechtěl, až tady v A-V Plus. Technik zjistil závadu, objednal materiál a za tři dny přijel znovu a novou desku namontoval. Za mě tedy naprostá spokojenost. I wanted a repair in the apartment, because even though I have a car so I will not bring TV 55 ". I called three services but nobody came to come here at AV Plus. A	Alois Hnátek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No, jestli jsou všichni opraváři jako technik z této velké firmy AV Kovoslužba plus, tak to raději ať neopravují nic. Nejdříve se vymlouval na nefunkční auto a když potom přijel, samozřejmě v jiném termínu, asi si myslí, že si pořád mohu brát volno, tak řekl, že mohu TV vyhodit, že nejde opravit. Naštěstí jsem mu to neuvěřil. Zavolal jsem jinam, technik přijel druhý den a bez problémů opravil. Jak může v dnešní konkurenci ještě taková firma existovat nebo jejich umělec - opravář, to se docela divím. At first he was making excuses for a broken car and then when he arrived, of course, at another date, he probably thinks I can still take time off, so he said I can throw the TV out that it can't be repaired. Luckily I didn't believe him. I called elsewhere, the technician arrived the next day and corrected without any problems. How can such a company still exist in today's competition or their artist - repairman, I am quite surprised.
