Arogantní jednání, bez vysvětlení, za co, mu dáváte peníze, po dotazu co s myčkou bylo: tekla hadička.Vypisuje fakturu, kterou Vám nedá přečíst a hrubě se dožaduje razítka, po tom, co jsme mu řekla, že razítko mu nedám a napřed si přečtu, co se bude razítkovat, arogantní úšklebek. OPRAVDU NEDOPORUČUJI!!!! Kdyby šly dát hvězdy do mínusu, tak to by byl tento případ. I have never experienced such a behavior as Mr. Horák has in my life. Myčku jsem vyčistil, našel bordel v trubce a jede jak nová. Pán radil novou za 17tis. Díky, nikdy více.
