T	Tereza Balková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmě jsem nahlásila již konkrétní poruchu pračky, kdy šlo o zanesení "některé" z odtokových částí pračky. Servisní technik problém sice odstranil, ale při následném praní pračka pro změnu tekla. Technik nám při další návštěvě oznámil, že je poškozena hadice vedoucí z bubnu pračky do filtru a že se nám ozve, jak proběhne výměna poškozené části. Nikdo se nám více jak 2 týdny neozval... Oslovila jsem tak jinou servisní společnost. Její technik žádnou chybu na "poškozené hadici" nenašel. Hadice byla pouze ŠPATNĚ UTĚSNĚNÁ po tom, co s ní technik firmy FILIP RÁŽ manipuloval, nikoliv poškozená, jak jsme byli milně informováni. Jednání zaměstnanců firmy FILIP RÁŽ bylo arogantní, neochotné, nespolehlivé a PRÁCE NEKVALITNÍ. Přála bych si, aby místo útočné odpovědi či výmluv firma reagovala na můj komentář zkvalitněním svých služeb... The technician told us at the next visit that the hose leading from the washing machine drum to the filter is damaged and that we will hear how the damaged part will be replaced. No one has contacted us for more than 2 weeks ... I approached another service company. Her technician found no fault on the "damaged hose". The hose was only WRONG SEALED after being manipulated by FILIP RÁŽ engineer, not damaged as we were kindly informed. The behavior of FILIP RÁŽ employees was arrogant, unwilling, unreliable and WORK OF LOW QUALITY. I would like the company to respond to my comment by improving the quality of its services instead of offensive response or excuses ...
A	Andrea Gebová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala jsem opravu pračky (výměna manžety dvířek bubnu) a myčky nádobí (neohřívala vodu). Obojí opraveno perfektně v jednom dni. Opravář na místě odhalil závadu myčky (kvůli mokru poškozené kontakty), spájel je a myčku vyzkoušel. Opravdu profesionální přístup, mohu jen doporučit. I ordered a washing machine (drum door cuff replacement) and a dishwasher (not hot water). Both repaired perfectly in one day. The in-house repairman detected a dishwasher defect (due to wet contacts), soldered them and tested the dishwasher. Really professional approach, I can only recommend.

Vždy proběhlo vše v pořádku, od objednání termínu po realizaci. V případě myčky jsem tedy taky musela počkat na náhradní díl, ale bylo to asi za dva dny. Jediné, na co je nemůžu využít, je moje Miele pračka, jelikož stejně jako všechny ostatní servisy tuto značku nedělají, takže zde jsem musela volat autorizovaný servis - a to se teprve peněženka prohýbá.. In the case of a dishwasher, I also had to wait for a spare part, but it was about two days. The only thing I can not use them is my Miele washing machine, because like all other services do not make this brand, so here I had to call an authorized service - and it is only the wallet bends ..
M	Mihaela Adámková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Na telefonu domluveno, že budu při návštěvě technika platit 699,- dorazil s fakturou na 1000,- zálohy. Oprava vadného dílu se z odhadu technika 7-10 dní protáhla na tři týdny. Musela jsem se několikrát připomínat a vždy jsem dostala odpověď, že se neví, kdy bude oprava provedena. Po poslední zoufalé urgenci došlo k opravě, po 2 praních bohužel opět stejná závada. Na otázku kdy mohou opravit znovu jsem nedostala odpověď. Celkem mě tato oprava stála měsíc bez pračky, spoustu nervů, 2900,- jsem tam, kde jsem byla na začátku. Not recommended. After the last desperate urgency was repaired, after 2 washes, unfortunately again the same defect. When asked when they can fix again I did not get an answer. In total, this repair cost me a month without a washing machine, a lot of nerves, 2900, - I'm where I was at the beginning.
L	Lukáš Obst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V žádném případě nepoužívejte tento servis! Je to kombinace naprostého zmatku a arogance. Termíny pro ně nic neznamenají, nemají žádný systém. Opravář tvrdí, že díl obejdnává paní. Ta tvrdí, že to má na starosti opravář, který jí ovšem nebere telefon. Navíc pán je značně arogantní (pokud vám to tedy náhodou zvedne). Obětuji 820,- které mne stála několikaminutová diagnostika a mažu si jejich číslo. Never use this service! It is a combination of utter confusion and arrogance. Dates mean nothing to them, they have no system. The repairman claims that the part orders the lady. She claims that it is in charge of the repairman who does not take her phone. In addition, the master is considerably arrogant (if it happens to pick you up). I sacrifice 820, - which cost me a few minutes of diagnosis and delete their number.
H	Hon Da on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doporučuji se vyhnout obloukem - po první návštěvě si vzali zálohu s tím, že se do tří dnů vrátí s náhradním dílem. Po uhánění pana "opraváře" a jeho sekretářky další dva týdny se konečně dostavili a provedli "opravu", samozřejmě s doplatkem a místě. Oprava však jaksi neopravila vůbec nic. Na reklamaci, volání a SMS již nereagují 2 měsíce. Toto není nic jiného než SCAM. Nikdy více! I recommend avoiding the arch - after the first visit, they took a deposit and will return with a spare part within three days. After chasing Mr. "repairman" and his secretary for the next two weeks, they finally arrived and made a "repair", of course with a surcharge and location. However, the repair somehow did not fix anything at all. They no longer respond to complaints, calls and SMS for 2 months. This is nothing but SCAM. Never more!

Od té doby nereagují na naše telefonáty a SMS. 2 months ago we reported a broken dishwasher, the lady promised to order a spare part and they would come to repair the dishwasher. A	Ales K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu? Telefonicky jsem jakési paní nahlásil jaký je přesně problém s myčkou - špatně fungující spínač, a o jaký typ myčky jde. Přijede opravář, konstatuje, že se o tento problém opravdu jedná, že díl nemá a musel by ho objednat, což se ale stejně nevyplatí. A doporučí manželce řešit vložením sirky. Za desetiminutovou návštěvu si naúčtuje 700 Kč (z toho 300 Kč doprava v rámci Prahy 5 - myslel jsem, že objednávám lokálního opraváře, za 300 se jezdí z Berouna nebo Kralup).
