★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very rude. They mistook the time of my appointment and did not even try to cooperate instead were very rude. Would not recommend and will not return. Many other optic places are around the area that are better.
Edit: as a response to their reply. When I made the booking we agreed on 12 pm as by 10 am I wasn’t even going to be in the city. So I did not even consider it. This mistake was made by their side definitely as I put it in my calendar immediately after the phone call. Regardless the lady who I dealt with was rude and could’ve just spoken nicely and I would’ve let it be and rescheduled. Does not excuse the lack of customer service.
