★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest I didn´t expect the beauty of the hotel. I guess there is no better place to stay in surrounding of Zelezna Ruda and the hill called Pancir. If you pay for breakfast and the dinner you can´t do better. Delicisous food and rich variety of it. Cozy rooms, comfortable bedroom... Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice resort in a great location. Friendly staff especially the front desk with great service in the pool and restaurant. Rooms are clean and modern, the family room being quite spacious. Enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

- Clean environment
Negative:
- Low quality of swimming pool, whirlpool (just 4 seats in whirlpool for such big hotel is not enough specially during the weekend) . Overall look of swimming area - based on information from staff renovation is in budget plan for end of 2022

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely renovated hotel, good views. Mostly families with kids. I was expecting more from the catering for the price (it was good, but not great). The a la carte restaurant looked like a fallback option, not an option you'd primarily choose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel with small wellness. The idea to have pool in the evening only for adults is great. You can start your track directly from the hotel, no need to use a car. In the hotel bar they serve a waste variety of cocktails which are being served by a robot! That was a real highlight for everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fair priced hotel near the German border. Very friendly staff. I like to highlight Natalya, who served us our drinks every evening/night at the lobby bar.
great location for a fair mix between an active sports holiday and a wellness stay.
Rooms are big, clean, quiet and well equipped, incl. hair dryer, 4k Samsung TV. Body lotion and hair conditioner in the bathroom. Also with a bath robe and bath shoes.
You can play ping pong, pool and do some fitness in the according room in -1.
We stayed for 4 nights and we couldn't visit all the great places nearby. Happy to come again.
Only criticism from my side is the small spa. The sauna fits 7 people sitting, but it's also quite small. Our spa visit was enjoyable in the later evening, 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 3 nights at Orea Resort Horizont in the executive room with balcony. We also went for the half board. The staff at the reception were awesome, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, cozy, with a beautiful view and nicely renovated. Due to covid, there was no daily cleaning, unless requested, but we did not need it. Wellness was alright. We enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and relaxation room. The staff there was nice too. As for the food, we were happy with breakfast, alright for a 4* hotel. Dinner, however, was a different story. Unfortunately 2 out of the 3 dinners we had were poor, thus, the 4/5 stars. We would probably book a stay at the hotel again, but skip the half board.
