Na potřebnou úpravu návrhu kuchyně rychlá pružná reakce s nabídkou více možností řešení. Měli jsme jednu reklamaci, která proběhla hladce a bez nějakého protahování. Naprostá spokojenost. I would like to highlight the work of Mr Šína and Mr Šír. Professional approach and fair direct action. A quick flexible reaction to the necessary design of the kitchen, offering more solutions. We had one complaint that went smoothly and without any stretching. Absolute satisfaction.
O	Ondra Hajek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před 4 lety jsem v brněnském Oresi v kampusu objednal kuchyň. Od nábytku jsem neměl velká očekávání, ale na spotřebičích jsem nešetřil. Bohužel doporučené spotřebiče značky Whirlpool se po záruce ukázaly jako špatná volba. U trouby začal nepříjemě hučet ventilátor a myčka nádobí za 17 000 Kč se uplně porouchala. Volal jsem do Oresi a pak i do Whirlpool ohledně pozáručního servisu a naznačili mi, ať si koupím novou ... opravdu děkuji za doporučení značky Whirlpool MADE IN POLAND. 4 years ago I was in Brno Oresi campus ordered kitchen. From the furniture I had high expectations, but I was spared on appliances. Unfortunately recommended Whirlpool appliances are out of warranty proved to be a bad choice. At the oven, a fan started humming uncomfortably and the dishwasher for CZK 17,000 completely broke down. I called to Oresi and then to Whirlpool for a post-warranty service and told me to buy a new one ... really thank you for recommending Whirlpool MADE IN POLAND.
Ž	Žaneta Kolomazníková Ferenci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem zklamaná, nemám ve zvyku psát recenze, ale... když máte platit zálohu, nebo máte nový návrh, tak je to honem. Když se pak řešili dodělávky po přeměření kuchyně, tak odpověď trvala 14 dní (a přišla až na několikáté urgence, že to opravdu potřebujeme řešit) a tato situace se opakovala, jindy to bylo třeba týden (i přes domluvu, že odpověď bude v nějakém termínu) a navíc v dnešní době?. Díky tomu máme montáž domluvenou na 11.6., což chápejte, když začnete kuchyň řešit 14.2. a domlouváte se nejpozději na konec května je docela na nic. Třešničkou na dortu bylo, když jsme u finálního řešení kuchyně zjistili, že není zaměřena výška digestoře a museli jsme si ji jít sami zaměřit do stavějícího se bytu, kam nemáte jen tak přístup. A končí to komentářem "Abyste kuchyň měli dřív, to byste tento hovor museli vést před měsícem." Věřte, opravdu jsme se snažili, aby to o měsíc dřív bylo vyřešené. Navíc nejde jen o termín, ale o to, že jdu z docela závažných důvodu do nemocnice a nebude úplně fajn řešit kuchyň, když potřebujete odpočívat. Opravdu mě mrzí, že jsem toto musela napsat, kamarádi mají dobré reference. Bohužel u nás se to nepotvrdilo a když už máte zaplacenou zálohu, těžko se to ruší, navíc kuchyň už mi teď nikdo dřív neudělá. Doufám, že aspoň kuchyň bude bez problémů. Then, after finishing the kitchen after measuring the kitchen, the answer lasted 14 days (and it came to a few complaints that we really needed to solve it) and this situation was repeated, other times it was a week (despite the fact that the answer would be some time ) and nowadays ?. As a result, we have assembled on June 11th, which you understand when you start the kitchen 14.2. and agreeing at the end of May is pretty much nothing. The icing on the cake was when we found out at the final kitchen solution that the height of the hood was not focused and we had to go to focus it on the building itself, where you don't have access. And it ends with a commentary "To have the kitchen earlier, you would have to keep this call a month ago." Believe me, we've really been trying to figure it out a month earlier. What's more, it's not just a deadline, but the fact that I'm going to the hospital for quite serious reasons and won't be a good deal to solve the kitchen when you need to rest. I really regret having to write this, my friends have good references. Unfortunately, it has not been confirmed in our country and when you have already paid the deposit, it is difficult to cancel it, and nobody else will do it to me now. I hope at least the kitchen will be without problems.

This is how I imagine a professional approach, a well-prepared kitchen design, many recommendations and advice for the best use of space. The price / quality ratio of the line is excellent.

V	Veronika Svobodova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už od montáže kuchyně včetně spotřebičů byly nějaké potíže. Špatně udělaný vývod od digestoře, obouchané rožky skříněk. Po půl roce začla reznout "nerezová" varná deska CANDY, poté proběhla výměna v rámci reklamace a nyní po roce je to tu znovu, ale tentokrát už nám reklamace nebyla uznána ze strany Oresi a jejich smluvním servisem BMK. Takže sporák z nerezu, který rezne je vlastně dle těchto dvou firem naše chyba. Takže nedoporučuji ani Oresi a už vůbec né BMK servis. There have been some problems since the installation of the kitchen, including appliances. Badly made hood outlet, wrapped corners of cabinets. After half a year, the "stainless steel" CANDY hob started to cut, then it was replaced as part of a complaint, and now after a year it is here again, but this time the complaint was not recognized by Oresi and their contractual service BMK. So the stainless steel stove that cuts is actually our fault, according to these two companies. So I do not recommend Oresi or BMK service at all.
T	Tomáš Kočan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cely tim v Oresi (Brno Campus) funguje perfektne. Vyslovene musim vyzdvihnut pracu pana Šíra, Šína, Štorka a aj stav. upravy od pana Vincence. P. Šír dokonale vyuzil pri navrhu kazdy cm v kuchyni, kde dispozicie neboli vobec jednoduche a pri kazdom napade mal este dalsie alternativy, z ktorych sme si mohli vybrat. Na maily vzdy reagoval promptne a ochotne. Palec hore. Vyber spotrebicov velky a ceny tiez fajn. P. Šín je master jak lusk, uz pri vymeriavani mal vsetko v oku, kopu napadov a moznych rieseni. Samotne nainstalovanie islo tiez hladko v priebehu troch dni (pre predstavu - kuchyna do tvaru U 3x2m, mnozstvo zahybov a prisposobovani). P. Štork tu v recenziach nebyva prilis spominany, ale ako koordinator montazi robi zjavne vybornu pracu, v decembri nam povedal termin kedy prebehne zavoz a montaz a dva mesiace na to na den presne vsetko tak ako planoval. Ak potrebuje niekto stavebne upravy predom, tak odporucam (takisto ako Oresi) pana Vincence. Robil nam sadrokartonovany podhlad na zakrytie rur a opat velka preciznost a velke mnozstvo skusenosti, ktore rad zdiela. Je absolutne univerzalny, takze ked treba pripravit rozvody, obklady, atd, je to clovek pre vas. Co sa tyka kvality samotnej kuchyne, tak mame ju par dni, takze mozno skoro hodnotit, ale je robustna, skrinky pevne, pracovna doska pevna. Ziadne skrabance alebo nejake designove chyby. Nemozem povedat zleho slova. The whole team in Ores (Brno Campus) works perfectly. I must explicitly highlight the work of Mr Šír, Šín, Štorek and also the situation. adjustments by Mr Vincent. P. Šír made perfect use of every inch in the kitchen, where the layouts were not easy at all and he had other alternatives to choose from. He always responded promptly and willingly to emails. Thumb up. Selection of large appliances and prices are also nice. P. Šín is a master like a pod, he already had everything in his eye, a bunch of attacks and possible solutions. The installation itself also went smoothly within three days (for an idea - a U-shaped kitchen 3x2m, a lot of folds and adjustment). P. Štork is not mentioned much here in the reviews, but as a coordinator of the assembly he is doing an excellent job, in December he told us the date when the carriage and assembly will take place and two months later a day exactly as planned. If anyone needs building modifications in advance, I recommend (as well as Oresi) Mr. Vincent. He made us a plasterboard ceiling to cover the pipes and again great precision and a lot of experience, which he likes to share. It is absolutely universal, so when it comes to preparing wiring, tiling, etc., it is human for you. As for the quality of the kitchen itself, we have a few days, so it can be evaluated soon, but it is robust, the cabinets are solid, the worktop is solid. No scratches or any design flaws. I can't say the wrong words.
