★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neprofesionalny pristup. Bohuzial si nepamatame meno. Slecna, alebo pani bola slovenka, blondina.
Zly pristup uz od chvile ako sme otvorili dvere. Posobila znacne otravene, bola neochotna a odmerana. Navrh kuchyne nemala vobec pripraveny, i ked sme boli na schodke dohodnuti niekolko tyzdnov dopredu. Ked jej prisli zakaznici na dalsiu schodku, nas rozhovor razom ukoncila so slovami : " No, musim vas ... (asi chcela dodat 'vykopnut'), mam tu dalsich zakaznikov."
Ocividne sme neboli lukrativnymi zakaznikmi, nakolko uz vopred vedela, ze mame nizky budget ( cca 150, max 200 000kc). To nam dala pocas schodky niekolko krat patricne a ocividne najavo.
I keby ste mali tie najlepsie kuchyne, i v nasom budgete, za nas UZ NIKDY VIAC. Nasa prva i posledna navsteva Kitchen Story. Zakaznicky servis predava!

 Very neprofesionalny approach. Unfortunately, we do not remember the name. Slecna or lady was slovak, blonde.
Wrong approach since we opened the door. She was very annoyed, reluctant and measured. The kitchen design was not generally prepared, even though we were agreed on the deficit several weeks in advance. When her customers came to the next deficit, she ended our conversation once with the words: "Well, I have to ... (I guess she wanted to say 'kicked'), I have other customers here."
Obviously we were not lucrative customers, because she already knew in advance that we have a low budget (about 150, max 200 000kc). That gave us several times during the deficits appropriately and obviously.
Even if you have the best cuisine, even in our budgies, NEVER NEED MORE. Our first and last visit to Kitchen Story. Customer service sells!
