★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragedie Ceske sporitelny pokracuje. Sel jsem sem ukoncit stavebni sporeni. Pan bankovni poradce mi nabizel neukoncovat, protoze urok pri uveru ze stavebka je jen 3%, kdezto bezny uver je cca 7%! No uz zapomel dodat, ze hypo uver je cca 2%...
Nasledne se mi snazil vnutit predcasny vyber s poplatkem 2500Kc, az po nalehani doplnil informaci o tom, ze je mozne ukoncit stavebni sporeni s 3 mesicicni vypovedni lhutou bez poplatku.
Zkratka zde panuji praktiky "smejdu", kteri se z vas snazi vytahnou dalsi korunu navic za jejich "produkty". Smutne na tom je, ze ti, kteri potrebuji penize nejvice jsou presne ti, kteri v jejich pastech skonci nejcasteji :(

The acronym here is the practice of "laughs", which are trying to get you another crown for their "products". Sadly, those who need the most money are exactly the ones who end up most often in their traps :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím pochválit. Asi jsem měl štěstí, ale s přístupem bankéře Štěpána K. jsem byl zcela spokojen. Vše bylo vyřízeno velmi rychle vč. pomoci s instalací bankovnictví do telefonu. ... jen pozor na dávkovač dezinfekce u dveří, napustí vám do rukou nepříjemně velké množství gelu.
I have to praise. I was probably lucky, but I was completely satisfied with the approach of banker Štěpán K. Everything was handled very quickly incl. help with installing banking on your phone. ... just watch out for the disinfection dispenser at the door, it will pour an unpleasantly large amount of gel into your hands.
