(Patrne to nebyla ta, na kterou si zde lidi opakovane stezuji.) Co musim ovsem zminit jako extra nadstandardni je pristup k hygienickym opatrenim. V zadne jine prodejne (kdekoliv a cehokoliv) jsem doposud nevidel, ze by si nekdo pokazdem zakaznikovi odezinfikoval ruce a prodejni pult vcetne dalaich veci, kterych se zakaznik dotykal, napr. propisky. Ocenuji takovou duslednost! This afternoon I was in this store to pick up a shipment for my wife and the lady who issued the shipment was completely professional. (Apparently it wasn't the one I people repeatedly visit here.) What I have to mention as an extra above standard is the approach to hygiene measures. In no other store (anywhere and anything) have I never seen anyone disinfect the customer's hands and the sales counter every time, including other things the customer touched, such as pens. I appreciate such consistency!

Na můj dotaz, který se týkal zboží, odpověděla ironickou poznámkou a následně odešla za kolegyní, kde s ní nahlas vedla nevhodnou konverzaci směrem k mojí osobě. U kabinky mě ostře zastavila (nestála tam, prostě za mnou přiběhla), že tam nemohu, že musím počkat, až mi dá číslo podle počtu věcí a neodpustila si ironickým hlasem přednášku o tom, proč. Potom naopak, když jsem při odchodu z kabinky na ni čekala, aby si zkontrolovala počet věcí, se zase zlobila, že na ni nemám čekat a mám to číslo jen položit a jít...čímž to ale celé absolutně ztrácí smysl! Při placení se tvářila tak, že neexistuji a neodpověděla ani na na moje poděkování a pozdrav, nemluvě o tom, že to měla v první řadě udělat ona. Bohužel jsem vysledovala, že k ostatním zákazníkům se chová podobně. Jak smutné. I give a low rating for the behavior of Miss Veronica, whose name I read from my receipt. S rodinou jsme v Olympii byli několikrát během asi tří čtyř měsíců po sobě (nikdy jsem si v Orsay nic nezkoušela) a máma odcházela vždy znechucená s tím, že pokud tam slečna bude i příště, raději si zkoušet nic nebude. Sestra si zcela nezávisle stěžovala další návštěvu také na nepříjemnou slečnu. Nevěřila jsem a bagatelizovala to, avšak minulý týden jsem sama zjistila, že slečna se opravdu na práci a jednání s lidmi absolutně nehodí. Bohužel jsem se tak po zbytek nákupů v Olympii cítila velmi nepříjemně. Good assortment, but very uncomfortable lady at the cabins. My family and I were in Olympia several times in about three to four months in a row (I never tried anything in Orsay), and my mother always left disgusted, saying that if she was there next time, she would rather not try anything. The nurse complained quite independently of another visit also to an unpleasant lady. I did not believe and downplayed it, but last week I found myself that the lady is really not fit for work and dealing with people. Unfortunately, I felt very uncomfortable for the rest of my shopping at Olympia.
Z	Zorzi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maly a hezky obchod s damskou modou. Jejich trend ma neco do sebe. Jako vzdy v Orsay personal je ochotny, příjemný a maji tam cisto. Ocenuji i jejich pristup k Lgbt. Small and nice shop with women's fashion. Their trend has something in it. As always at Orsay the staff is helpful, friendly and have a clean place there. I also appreciate their approach to LGBT.
