★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Kott je velmi milý a ochotný. Strávil se mnou dvacet minut na telefonu, velice ochotně, odborně, opatrně a nenásilně mi poradil s výběrem nového nástroje, servisem toho starého a nabídl mi možnost osobně si vyzkoušet a zahrát si na nástroje, které má skladem.
 Mr. Kott is very kind and helpful. He spent twenty minutes on the phone with me, very willingly, professionally, carefully and non-violently advised me on choosing a new instrument, servicing the old one, and offered me the opportunity to try and play the instruments he has in stock.
