The elevator broke down in the morning and the repairmen fixed it that day and they were even nice and apologized for the meeting. : D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud rádi chodíte po schodech místo používání výtahu, doporučuji jedině firmu OTIS. Chod našich kanceláří, do kterých dodávala výtahy firma OTIS je totálně paralyzován. Nejvtipnější je skutečnost, že v těchto kancelářích sídlí i OTIS. Opravdu chcete výtah od firmy, která nedokáže zprovoznit výtahy ani ve svých kancelářích?
If you like to walk up the stairs instead of using the elevator, I recommend only OTIS. The operation of our offices to which elevators were supplied by OTIS is totally paralyzed. The funniest thing is that OTIS is located in these offices. Are you sure you want a lift from a company that can't make lifts work in your offices?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OTIS je asi nejhorsi firma na vytahy.
Co 14 dni porucha a vetsinou i se zaseknutou osobou. Ve smlouve maji dojezdovku hodinu, rak se rvisak dojede po 50minutach, i kdyby byl za rohem.
Neni problem, ze servisak da vytah do nejakeho nouzoveho stavu, aby fungoval a oznami, ze na soucastku se bude cekat klidne mesic.
Mame od nich vytah asi 10-15 let. Vypada nove a moderne, ale je to krap. OTIS ho neumi dostat do stavu, aby pul roku fungoval.
Skoda, ze nejde dat min jak jedna hvezdicka.
OTIS is probably the worst elevator company.
What about 14 days of failure and mostly with a stuck person. They've got an hour in the deal, and the rake is after 50 minutes, even if it is around the corner.
There is no problem with the serviceman taking the emergency to work and telling you that the part will be waiting for a quiet month.
We have a lift from them about 10-15 years. Looks new and modern, but it's a shit. OTIS can't get him to work for half a year.
It is a shame that the data is not as low as one asterisk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofalni vytah a servis, jak uz tady psali jini, vytah vetsinu casu mimo provoz, nez v provozu; technik vecne v p.deli, hodi cedulku “out of order” a neukaze se dva i vice dnu. Posledni “generalni” oprava trvala 7 dnu pred dvema tydny, od te doby vytah co tyden mimo provoz. Je mi zahadou, ze tato totalne neschopna firma stale existuje na trhu.
Catastrophic lift and service, as others have written here, lift most of the time out of service than in service; technician in fact on p.deli, throws a sign "out of order" and does not show two or more days. The last "overhaul" repair lasted 7 days two weeks ago, and has been out of service every week since then. It is a mystery to me that this totally incompetent company still exists on the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strasny customer service - po několikáté jsem byla zaseknuta ve vytahu- s tím ze výtah jezdil mezi patry - a po sebe rychle - to byla novinka - dveře se neotevreli- zavolala sjem nahlásila jsem poruchu - s tím ze někdo zavola zpátky a projede technik 15 min později - se výtah naštěstí otevřel - nikdo nevolal- zavolala jsem na linku - kde mi velmi arogantní pani začala vysvětlovat jsou 4 hodiny a ze je to pohotovost a zda je to pohotovost?! Zasla omluva nic! Bydlíme ve 3 patře - dcera je onkologicky pacient který o dvou francouzských holých, má náročnou chemoterapii - čeka ji totální endoproteza- a jako tresink na dortu musí chodit do 3 a z 3 patra pěšky. Kvůli nespolehlivosti vytahu který je starý 2 roky.
Strasny customer service - I was stuck in the elevator several times - with the elevator driving between floors - and fast after each other - it was a novelty - the door did not open - I called me I reported a fault - with someone calling back and the technician passed 15 min later - fortunately the elevator opened - no one called - I called the line - where a very arrogant lady began to explain to me is 4 o'clock and that it is an emergency and is it an emergency ?! I apologize for nothing! We live on the 3rd floor - the daughter is an oncology patient who has two French bare women, has demanding chemotherapy - a total endoprosthesis awaits her - and as a cake on a cake she has to walk to the 3rd and 3rd floor on foot. Due to the unreliability of the lift, which is 2 years old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the most part, adequate service however on the day before Christmas Eve 2021, everyone at the Prague service center decided to leave work early leaving us with a broken elevator and no chance to share Christmas with our entire family including our 87 year old parents. We were told the issue was simply one of manpower, not parts, and that all service personnel were happily home. No empathy whatsoever. Merry Christmas Otis.
