★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uvedené číslo je naprosto k ničemu, zřejmě. Několik dní opakovaně zkouším a vždy stejný výsledek. Hlasová schránka. Vzhledem k tomu, že si člověk nemá jak zjistit dostupnost produktu na prodejně, aspoň číslo by mělo být funkční. V dnešní době je to za mě velký mínus.
Nicméně obsluha milá a nápomocná. Té nemohu nic vytknout.
 The number is completely useless, obviously. For several days I try again and always the same result. Voice mail. Given that you have no way to determine the availability of the product at the store, at least the number should be functional. Nowadays it's a big minus for me.
However, the staff nice and helpful. There is nothing I can criticize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor na Pandoru! Jejich bižuterie se nesmí namočit jinak se zničí. Toto Vám sdělí, ale jen na dotaz. Ještě tvrdí, že je šperk pozlacený, tak proč se nesmí namočit?? Protože není? Peníze nevracejí ani když se vrátíte hned. Prodavačka ukázala prstem na malinkyý řádek na účtence "peníze se nevrací" a pak nás sprostě poslala někam. Co byste chteli za 6t.kč! Vyhozené peníze! Ale nejhorší je to jejich arogantní chování, to jsem nikde nezažil.
Watch out for Pandora! Their jewelery must not be soaked otherwise it will be destroyed. This will tell you, but only on request. Still claim that the jewelry is gilded, so why not soak ?? Because it isn't? Even if you return right away, they will not return the money. The saleswoman pointed a finger at the tiny line on the receipt "money is not returned" and then sent us abusively somewhere. What would you like for 6t.kč! Thrown out money! But the worst is their arrogant behavior, I have never experienced that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Až mi spadla čelist ze způsobu řešení mé reklamace! Jsem nadšen! Takto by se měli chovat prodejci zboží! Posouzení a vyřešení během chvilky a výměna za jiné zboží (stávající již není v sortimentu) a to jsme ještě dohledávali účet. Paní byla velmi ochotná a profesionální. S úsměvem jsem zde utratil drobnou částku za další zboží. Stejně tak i předchozí návštěvy v pořádku ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přítelkyně chodí do Pandory moc rada,vždycky tam je velký výběr přívěšky,prstýnky,náušnice a taky občas jsou zajímavé akce,prodavačka byla hodně příjemná a ochotná

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a trip through the Czech Republic I decided to buy something from Pandora for my fiancée and unfortunately I did it. The service completely did not speak English (there was no problem in the restaurant and cheap, small shop next door!). I felt ignored and served no matter how. So far the worst Pandora I've visited in the world.
