★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reklamace sluchátek skrze Alza.cz, roztrhl se naušník v místě spoje materiálu. Vyjádření firmy: mechanické poškození nevhodným zacházením. Nezlobte se ale nemám elfí uši abych je takto roztrhl navíc v místě spoje, ale dobře jsem se zasmál.
 Complaints of headphones through Alza.cz, the earpiece tore at the joint of the material. Company statement: mechanical damage by improper handling. Do not be angry but I do not have elven ears to tear them in addition to the joint, but I laughed well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vždy jsem se vším byla naprosto spokojená. Příjemní a vstřícní prodejci, vždy ochotní a nápomocní. Jezdím sem pro sluchátka už léta a nikdy jsem neměla sebemenší problém. Zvlášť oceňuji možnost vyzkoušení - a tím i lepšího výběru. Sennheiser bych nekupovala jinde! Doporučuji všem. :-)
I have always been completely satisfied with everything. Pleasant and helpful sellers, always helpful and helpful. I've been coming here for headphones for years and I've never had the slightest problem. I especially appreciate the opportunity to try - and thus make a better choice. I wouldn't buy Sennheiser elsewhere! I recommend to all. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto doporučuji. Dokonalý prozákaznický přístup, ochota, slušnost, lidskost, rychlost. Byť jsem dorazil na provozovnu těsně před zavíračkou, nevyhodili mě, ale vyslechli, sluchátka zkontroloval technik a ihned mi vydal potvrzení pro pojišťovnu (utopená sluchátka Momentum TW 2).

I absolutely recommend. Perfect pro-customer approach, willingness, decency, humanity, speed. Although I arrived at the establishment just before closing time, they did not fire me, but they listened to me, the headphones were checked by a technician and he immediately issued me a certificate for the insurance company (drowned Momentum TW 2 headphones).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý servis, milí lidé. Vyplatí se kupovat prvotřídní audiotechniku od Sennheiser už jenom proto, že máte v zádech tenhle super tým.
Great service, nice people. It pays to buy first-class audio equipment from Sennheiser just because you have this great team in your back.
