If not for the breakfast this hotel would have gotten a 5 stars The location the spacey rooms the luxurious bathroom And not the forget the wellness center Hot and cold tubs, pools, jaccuzi and mud bathes The only problem is that the breakfast wasn't good at all very weird choices Only the fried potato balls tasted good

Good service. Plenty of space. Their English could be better, but is sufficient to get by. Price range in the middle class so pretty much everyone can afford to come here. Treatments -

The staff is extremely unfriendly, ignorant and arrogant (especially the women in the spa area and the cleaning staff). I wouldn't even give a one star rating. We've not been treated with respect at all. We wouldn't recommend it to anyone ever.

Very nice place. Rooms are spacious and the new wellness is outstanding. The staff were really helpful and the biggest surprise for me was the owner who was extremly welcoming and friendly. I will come back for sure.

The worst hotel that I have ever been to, we live in Germany but forgot our passport at home so when we checked in the reception told us that we needed to give in our passes we had pictures but they said it wasn't enough after 5 minutes of discussion they said that it was all cleared so we gave them a tipp so that it will be solved. At 2 am we got a phone call from the reception that we need to get down to the lobby and the police were waiting for us, they told us that we needed to pay a 50€ fine. When we came the next morning for breakfast we surprisingly saw 4 huge pictures of the owners ( probably ) one holding a dog and a walking stick and so on... The rooms were dirty and unclean. If there was a 0 star I would give them that.

I stayed at the Richmond three times and everything was okay, because I stayed in the main building. Today I got a room in the strange appendix. The room is not for 4* hotel. I got old furniture and dirty walls. The most awful thing that I see construction work from my window and of course, I hear it! So nice to go on vacation and wake up with the noise of excavator and wonderful conversation of construction workers. I went to reservation department and I was shocked by communist service… They told me that if I don’t like the room I can go to different hotel…. Thank you very much! I wish you to have the same holiday as you organized for me! Communist time really did something wrong to people’s brains… There is some constraction work inside of the hotel. There is a drill, a saw, a hammer ... It is vey noisy!!!! When I asked the administrator to stop this (it was weekend!!!!), she told me that I should endure, because it's only half a day. I paid 120 euros per night for a room to suffer a noise of repair !!! When I once again repeated my request to the administrator, I was naughty and told that I can complain anywhere. And if I have headache, then it's my problem. If you want to listen to rudeness for your money, then come to this hotel. If you want to listen to the sounds of nature, then be ready to hear the sound of a drill and an excavator. And this is in high season! The management here is very poor and they do not care about clients. This is my last time in this hotel.

The location and the spa were pretty excellent; the hotel is very clean and spacious; for the most part, the staff was polite, which is to say that the reception staff was polite. The breakfast and cafe almost seem out of another hotel — this is the extent of the contrast between the hotel itself and these aspects of it. I would be embarrassed to serve such cheap tea and essentially fake coffee in a prison canteen, and the breakfast staff seem lifted out of a documentary on Chernobyl. This was really quite bizarre. Also, the sales staff who take client comments seem to come from another, significantly more unfriendly planet. What is remarkable is that even in the cafe in the evenings, the same level of tea (really the worst and most cheap tea bags you can think of) would be served *for a price* to people who want to use the cafe (whose facilities otherwise are actually quite nice). It is totally bizarre to me that such a fine hotel could have: 1. A breakfast which I would not even rate at 1-star 2. Strange over-sized photos of what one assumes to be the owners in one of the dining rooms — I mean, really worthy of the Ceaucescus. Strange, strange stuff. After a couple of mornings I would just go into town for breakfast. I found myself wishing I had bought a can of instant Nescafé. On this basis alone this hotel should lose one of its otherwise well-earned stars.

Absolutely amazing stay . The staff is very helpful and kind. Food was perfect . Some facilities were closed and the wellness spa was short on staff so not all procedures were available . For sure an issue of the owners not the staff . They tried their best to make up for the lack of services . The resort is gorgeus and rooms are very clean and comfortable . I would highly recommend Parhotel Richmond and I hope to return again ,
