★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dvě návštěvy, dvakrát spokojenost. Hezké a útulné ubytování, fajn snídaně, kde si myslím každý vybere. Od pana Fraňka mladšího, by si mnozí "hotelieři", měli brát lekci chování k hostům. Velmi profesionální a starostlivý. Děkujeme a rádi se znovu vrátíme. ?
 Two visits, twice satisfaction. Nice and cozy accommodation, nice breakfast, where I think everyone can choose. From Mr. Franěk Jr., many "hoteliers" should take a lesson in behavior towards guests. Very professional and caring. Thank you and we will be happy to return again. ?

The guesthouse is clean, the owner is nice and helpful. Breakfasts good. The slope is practically outside the window. Everything at your fingertips. I recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super pensjonat. W 2018 r gościliśmy w nim wracaliśmy z gór przemęczeni i zapoceni ale przyjęto nas na pokoje. Dziękujemy za pobyt tylko jedna nocka ale warto było. Poranek słoneczny śniadanko w cenie noclegu i na szlak Bucharową ścieżką do Łąkowego schroniska ale ile trzeba było wydrapać by podejść pod Krakonosa? Ale co tam jest co wspominać. Pozdrowiska. G. B.
A great guesthouse. In 2018, we hosted it, we came back from the mountains, exhausted and sweaty, but we were admitted to rooms. Thank you for staying only one night but it was worth it. Sunny morning breakfast included in the price of accommodation and on the trail along the Bucharowa path to the Łąkowy shelter, but how much did you have to scratch to get to the Krakonosa? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust this person or anyone at Penzion Bystrenka. Bystrenka has not refunded a 220euro deposit after they cancelled our accommodation booking.
We booked for 7 people to stay and paid the 50% deposit (220 euro) required to secure the accommodation. Bystrenka cancelled our booking with less than one week notice due to building maintenance. We received no response to several emails or phone calls to the owner. We also attempted to go to the Penzion but there was nobody present at the building. The owner of the Penzion next door informed us this was not the first time Bystrenka had scammed other customers.
Do not book with this place because they cannot be trusted.
