★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před dvěma týdny jsme u vás provedli rezervaci, stále mám špatný pocit! Víkend byl bohužel zničený ?. Chci vás informovat, že máte na pokojích zápach a vlhkost. Ve skříni jsme našli slimáka, pod kobercem červy. Bylo to nejhorší ubytování, které jsme viděli. Na stránkách taky nemáte napsáno, že máte psa. Přijela jsem k vam s dětmi (jeden má alergie na psy) a místo, aby jsme měli krásné zážitky, museli jsme unáhlenĕ odjet kvůli alergie a taky i špině pozdě večer s dvěma dětmi. Nechápu, proč ode mě jste vzali peníze, pokud je to vaše chyba. Doporučila bych vám služby zlepšit a o psovi napsat na web, aby nedocházelo k dalším podobným nedorozuměním u jiných hostů.

We found a snail in the closet, worms under the carpet. It was the worst accommodation we have ever seen. You also do not write on the website that you have a dog. I came to you with the children (one has allergies to dogs) and instead of having a beautiful experience, we had to hurry away due to allergies and also dirt late in the evening with two children. I don't understand why you took money from me if it's your fault. I would recommend you to improve the services and write about the dog on the web, so that there are no other similar misunderstandings with other guests.
