Jedna z recepčních a dáma v backofficu se chovají, jako byste přijeli na turistickou ubytovnu a ne do 5* apartmánů.
 One of the best apartments in Spindl, beautifully furnished and spacious. What they should really work on is the staff, who lack even a pinch of professional and decent behavior. One of the receptionists and the lady in the back office act as if you came to a tourist hostel and not to 5 * apartments.
