★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner of the property was hostile. Did not say hello or welcome, did not look at you, did not say thank you. I would expect more gratitude. WiFi is only in "lobby" not in the room. This is reason why we wont comeback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant and cheeky owner. Too expensive for the service you will get. Try to avoid this place. We wanted to leave as soon as we got in. Not friendly at all. Just for owner and his dog as the name of the property says.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ f you are delayed 10 minutes after 22 o'clock, you lockable front door. Thus, you have to sleep in the car, and your things are in room guesthouse. This is what happened! And cook and housekeeper make the law there, arrogant attitude agresiva.Iar if you call the police you risk being arrested !!!! It happened! Because police defends. Do not go there if you want to enjoy holiday .... !!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ recension for restaurant only: I entered the restaurant during dinner time for hotel guests. I ordered the daily offer and assumed a fast service, but I needed to cancel my order after 90mins (!) waiting time. I´ve never left a czech restaurant hungry. This is absolutely not acceptable - never ever again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čistota tragicka a kuchyne nedosahuje ani kvality Bistra na vlakaci. Koupelnu si prvne musite umyt nez ji zacnete pouzivat. A fotky apartmanu ktere jsou na bookingu absolutne nesedi s realitou...
Dirty bathroom, arrogant owener, and horible kitchen. This is not good for Holiday for the weekend maximally. Price is too high for this standard. And photo on booking is not realistic.
