We spent a very pleasant holiday in this guest house. The guest house has a garden with a swimming pool, hot tub, swing and trampoline for children. The owners are very nice and helpful, it was not a problem to provide gluten-free food. We really enjoyed it here. The room was cozy but quite small, but enough.

Great place, helpful staff. Full satisfaction. I'm just sensitive to smoke, and I could smell it from my clothes, though I couldn't see anyone inside. So it is possible that sometimes before the inside smoked and left traces in the plaster, carpets ... Anyway now certainly not smoking inside and the staff great, rooms clean, food good ...

Thank you for the great and very friendly atmosphere. Pension in a beautiful location, rooms nicely furnished. And especially the great approach of the owner. Barca's smile on his face every day and Dad's a great cook and well-being! We recommend the pension and we will be happy to return!

We had a really nice stay here and for the first time in our lives we escaped from the accommodation. We had a cold in the room around 15 degrees, even though it was quite warm outside, at night it was really unpleasant, especially for children. Mr. told us as a reminder that he would turn it on for a while, which did not help at all. All the children subsequently became ill. Unpleasant behavior and reluctance of staff. Food for breakfast in very limited quantities, I was worried that at least the children ate, because we got late so we are unlucky, even though we came at the time of the release of breakfast. Moldy shower and the smell of mold in the bathroom. The rooms are packed with beds listed as 9 beds, I would offer a maximum of 4 people for the price. The restaurant has a minimum of space again, we had a problem sitting on the wall. It was not possible to sit anywhere in the evening when the children fell asleep, unless you want to sit in the basement or outside in the winter. The staff is obviously absolutely out of control and are logically annoying about the accommodation. When we announced that we would leave the accommodation, they told us that they were happy to leave. Finding other accommodation was a problem 4 hours we were looking for a replacement coz with children on vacation you really do not want. Answer: The main problem is that we came across new operators with zero experience and decency. The room was really very cold for us and our children. And I would not voluntarily expose the baby to such a sleep. I would not expect a 3-star Pension to bring heating. The fact that you are attacking your visitors because they just want to get drunk is really inappropriate, I don't know why, as parents, we can't have a glass of wine with friends on holiday in the evening. Interestingly, there was no problem with serving German guests and the fact that you kept pouring them on their throats with a smile. I last saw this approach to guests 20 years ago. Of course, we don't have uneducated children, you will know that when you have children of your own, this is what completely quiet children wish you (we never had a problem in the back accommodation, on the contrary, they always praised them everywhere) The journey from Pilsen to Ruda really takes an hour, but for the childless If there was a problem with dinner, you could have told us and we would have arranged accordingly, so we called you. We really don't give cereals to our children for dinner, I don't know which parents would give them to the children while we were waiting for dinner. We had to enter and ask for eggs several times, and only when we told you that we would pay them for you, you should cook them, but the children were already found croissants. I really do not recommend, from that conversation it is clear to everyone where the main problem is. As a professional approach, I would expect something other than swearing and ridicule. In addition, in our new accommodation they have a rich experience with accommodation of dissatisfied visitors just from you. Accommodation is nice but the staff is shocking as you can read. These are new operators, therefore, the previous positive reviews.

The pension is run by young nice people. Great cuisine. Pleasant rooms.

We spent this weekend here with friends and we really liked it. Staff excellent and nice and friendly Barca with her father Franta who can cook divinely. We definitely want to go back. Petra and Milan Egerer

Always delicious dinner, great breakfast, helpful staff, cozy room. It's a pity that the weather wasn't very good, maybe it will work out next time :)

Stayed in September 2021 We would like to write a positive review because of the kind, helpful operators, with whom there has never been a problem, but due to many shortcomings we cannot. At the same time, I would like to humbly mention that we are not demanding guests at all. This review will hopefully help them and improve next season and have more satisfied guests. Shower often non-functional (very low pressure), heating in the rooms on daily request and finally for an additional fee (because the heating season has not yet started ..), very modest breakfast buffet without change every day (once even spoiled ham). After 2 days we had baskets full and nobody takes them out all the time, they don't add toilet paper, stale towels and due to the non-functional heating they don't even have a chance to dry. The water with the syrup stands in the same container for 3 days and logically spoils. Wifi in the rooms very weak signal, rather non-functional. Positives: friendly staff, beautiful environment around the hotel, a nice sitting area with a swing and trampoline, tennis courts, the possibility of sauna, whirlpool and swimming pool (we did not use it), delicious dinners, large portions, skilful chef. _________ EDIT AFTER THE OWNERS 'REPLIES: I recommend everyone to read the owners' response to my review and make their own picture.
