★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál nekomunikativni, bez úsměvu,bez zájmu o cokoliv...při příjezdu nám servírka dala jen klíče a nikdo nám nic bližšího neřekl ....ubytování hezké, čistota koupelny horší...u snídaně chyběl čaj a vzhledem k otravenosti personálu, jsme si o něj ani neodvažili požádat....v tomto městě už jsme byli po několikáté ...ale zde to bylo nejhorší....s luxusním ubytování ,snídaněmi a milým personálem na Moravě se to nedá srovnat....a přece stačí jen málo...úsměv,milé slovo a zájem o to, jak jsou hosté spokojeni
 Staff non-communicative, no smile, no interest in anything ... on arrival the waitress gave us only the keys and no one told us anything more .... accommodation nice, the cleanliness of the bathroom worse ... at breakfast there was no tea and due to the annoyance of the staff, we they didn't even dare to ask for it .... we have been to this city several times ... but here it was the worst .... with luxury accommodation, breakfast and nice staff in Moravia it can't be compared .... and yet just a little ... a smile, a nice word and interest in how satisfied the guests are

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel pod pojmem domácí limonády si představuji něco jiného než sirup se sodou, dýňová polévka též zklamání. Jednu hvězdu dávám za lokalitu.
Unfortunately, under the term homemade lemonade, I imagine something other than syrup with soda, pumpkin soup also disappointing. I give one star for a location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Průměr. Číšnice, brigádnice se snažila, ale potřebovala by posilu jelikož i na pivo je docela dlouhé čekání a z tohoto důvodu jsme si jídlo v daný čas při daném vytížení nedali (12. hodina).
