★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is not very big but comfortable and clean. Historic house and i believe the interior and facilities are refurbished not long ago - nice. I like the little garden and the room is by the river. Very peaceful. Great value for money. Highly recommend.
**You will walk more, if you follow Google Map. I recommend you take the stairs down (right to Hotel garni MYŠÍ DÍRA). Otherwise you need to make an U-turn at the end. Roads in CK make walking with luggage so tiring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the small downstairs bedroom. It had a small window with views of the river, although it's not the easiest to see. There's a small courtyard out back with tables and a small gate leading to your own private piece of the river. Expect ducks and a great view of the cattle tower. Although the room is quite tiny, it's there just for sleeping, right. The bathroom is also small but has the essentials to include a hairdryer. Outlets have the standard European rounded, two-prong setup so make sure you have your adapters. The breakfast is quite charming with a selection of meats, cheeses, breads, cereal, and fruit. There are various butters, and jams, too. Coffee and tea is unlimited, serve yourself. Only regular sugar, so if you're a Splenda person, bring your own (that seems to be standard across the countries we've visited). Staff presence is only during check in and breakfast. They'll give you a key to the pension and your room, so come and go as you please. Our interaction with the staff was nice. They're very kind.
