★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice area but hotel is a little old and the price was a bit more expensive than other places in the area for the same thing... Breakfast was not bad but coffee was not very good at all, definitely taste like instant... They also charge 11 euros per night to park your car... Staff was very nice and good to have a nice beer late at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location in the heart of Cesky Cromlov. Glass floor in the dining room to view a stream below coming out of the hydro system. View of the river and castle. Very nice breakfast and comfortable rooms. Really enjoyed the staff who were so patient teaching us the language. Can't say enough good about it.

Hotel looks like 3 star rather than 4 stars to be honest but very positive thing are the workers.
They are very nice and help full people there especially Mr Krystian who has sorted a good deal for us on the hotel and some treatments. We were slightly upset that real SPA was not possible to do in SPA hotel but Krystian done all he could to make my wife happy and big thank you for that. Room clean and comfortable with very nice breakfast. Big minus in this hotel is that after 10 pm you are not able to drink or eat anything as everything is closed. Apart form that very cold water in the swimming pool, again strange for a 4 star hotel.
Overall good stay and thank you for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took one night for eight people. Out of those eight, five ate breakfast. Exactly those five puked on that day and had to call in sick the next day.
Everything else was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will not reach this hotel with google maps. Neither you find road signs to get to the hotel. I have lost my mind searching how to get to the hotel by car - after some 30 minutes of circulating around old town Finally police has stop us and give us direction as we drove through pedestrians zone like idiots. You will not find hotel phone number with google maps too. Hotel’s web site is not responsive and you can not call (or even copy) any of phone numbers. Web page do not help and is not giving any directions. Rooms clean and very simple. View on trash bins.
