J	Jirka Pech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plusy? - skvělá poloha hotelu - pěkné pokoje - pro mě akorát tvrdá matrace Mínusy? - internet, internet, internet... je hezké, že tady je wifi, ale její rychlost je naprosto pekelná (0,23 Mbps), je to tak na stáhnutí emailů, ale víc od toho nečekejte :(. I na chatě uprostřed lesa se připojím rychleji :(. Nebýt tohodle, tak bych dal 3,5-4 hvězdičky - na snídani nebyl ten buffet úplně největší - pár plátků sýra, pár plátků šunky, trocha ovoce (některé pár hroznů plesnivých) EDIT: Přidávám hvězdičku za snahu řešit problém :). Plusy? - great location of the hotel - nice rooms - Just a hard mattress for me Minuses? - internet, internet, internet ... it is nice that there is wifi, but its speed is absolutely hellish (0.23 Mbps), it's so to download emails, but don't expect more :(. I join faster :(. If it weren't for that, I'd give 3.5-4 stars - the breakfast was not the biggest one for breakfast - a few slices of cheese, a few slices of ham, a little fruit (some few grapes of moldy) EDIT: I am adding an asterisk for trying to solve the problem :).

Из важного - на мой вкус дороговато и четырем звездам на соответствует. Рецепция в соседнем здании. Бронировать лучше через родной сайт отеля, триваго его не показывает, а зря цена была дешевле на 600 крон. Шампунь в пакетиках - не хватает помыть голову :) завтрак включен, но ничего особенного. Персонал приветливый. WiFi в нашем номере не работал (или далеко до роутера или он был выключен). Ночью шумновато если открыть окно. Кондея в номере нет так что может быть душновато. Рядом с отелем есть пара магазинчиков где можно купить воды или перекусить. В целом хорошее впечатление от отеля, но не идеально The old house, the historic center, the old interior - a complete immersion in history. Very cool. Of the important - for my taste is expensive and four stars do not match. Front desk in the building next door. Book better through the hotel’s homepage, trivago does not show it, and in vain the price was cheaper by 600 kroons. Shampoo in bags - not enough to wash my hair :) breakfast is included, but nothing special. The staff is friendly. Wifi in our room did not work (either far from the router or it was turned off). Night noisy if you open the window. Kondeya in the room is not so it can be stuffy. Near the hotel there are a couple of shops where you can buy water or a snack. Overall a good hotel experience, but not perfect

Der öffentliche Parkplatz kann zu vergünstigten Konditionen in 5 Minuten Entfernung genutzt werden . Das Haus ist gut saniert, Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. WLAN funktioniert gut. Frühstück gab es nebenan im Nachbarhotel. Perfect location, right in the center. However, without their own parking space. The public parking lot can be used at reduced rates 5 minutes away. The house has been well renovated, the room and bathroom were clean. WiFi works fine. Breakfast was served next door in the neighboring hotel.
K	Konrád Rexel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel jako takový asi hezký ale ochota personálu je špatná, problémy s objednávku, problémy s vyřizováním, když to není tak jak Vám slíbí a znelíbíte se jim dělaljí Vám naschvál. The hotel as such is probably nice, but the willingness of the staff is bad, problems with the order, problems with processing, when it is not as you promise and you do not like, they do you on purpose.

This could have truly been a four-star hotel except for one thing. Terrible service. The maid service and room service was severely lacking. No washcloths or fresh Kleenex. No new towels or enough towels were delivered. No shampoo no conditioner. The beds were barely made. And spiderwebs hanging from ceiling. The rooms were large, well appointed and lovely. The elevator went to the second floor but no accommodations were made to help guests get to the 3rd floor. Front desk wasn’t very helpful. Breakfast was nice and included. The last day the breakfast moved to a sister hotel with no notifications. Very strange.
