★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely food, with good vegetarian options. The presentation was great. But what we enjoyed most was the kind host, who spoke very good English and really took the time for everyone. What a joy! Thanks for this lovely lunch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good dinner place with a great view of the streets. Make sure to eat outside. The food all looks great and tastes great as well. My Cesar Salad had chicken and prosciutto and I enjoyed it. The dressing was excellent. The rest of my party enjoyed their meals too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although this restaurant was recommended, Depo is another 1 that rates the highest for us! However, the lone waiter efficiently attended to everyone in the cafe with such calm. We had the trout, chicken schniztel, soup & duck liver pate. The coffee is nothing to rave about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate lunch & dinner several times at Jakub with each experience memorable. Robert Weis, Manager, is the consummate host, overseeing each guest & attending to their needs. The service is impeccable. Presentations are colorful & artistic - the food simply delicious. I highly recommend the fresh local trout accompanied with pea risotto garnished with carrot chips. Paired with his lovely rose wine, you will be in heaven! The mushroom & spinach risotto is also beautiful. For lunch, I ordered the goat cheese salad, perfect on a warm summer day sitting on the terrace. Don't miss this venue, as it's the best restaurant in Cesky Krumlov!
