★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, they served me a wet piece of bread and when i asked for a new one they said very rudely that i have to pay for it and they wont replace it. I also had some salad on my plate that i had takrn two bites of, when i returned the plate to them she put the remaining salad back into the salad display to be re sold to someone else. I coudnt believe it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Hot latte and it came at near room temperature. It's like after she brewed the latte and realized that there was not enough hot milk and not bothered to fix it the right way but just added cold milk to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Famous Czevh roasted ham was not actually roasted but simply boiled. We needed three waiters/waitresses to understand us speakinv English. We do not know about other restaurants but try the others first.
