A	Aleksandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there last Xmass. I asked a waitress to get an extra glass (empty glass) to our order, since I needed to dissolve my painkillers. She refused. When I was paying the bill, she asked me how much I would give her as a tip. I said I'd not give her a tip. Then she got really angry and started to ask me very loud: "why? tell me what was wrong? you should give me a tip!". People started to turn their heads. I literally still keep your bill as a reminder of the rudest waitress ever. However, food better than service.

T	Tony Do on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude service and food is average!!! He just threw the menus at us and walked away. I think it was even worst that he is a manager/owner? His name is Martin. He even came out and told us that the price not included tip. I had trout and it was average. The potatoes were not cooked well. They were hard. The fish was salty. We biked from Prague to Cesky Krumlov and went to many Czech restaurants and never had any problems. This is the first time it happened to us. I noticed that Martin treated the Czech customers adjacent to us very nice, but not us. Maybe because of our skin we are not Caucasians?

Food is good and traditional, the service is actually better than I expected, try to avoid the rush hours, especially when half of the seats are booked by a group tour. Service fee is NOT included in the bill, so the staff would expect some tips from you.
