The room was very clean, shower was a joy and the breakfast buffet was superb. The homemade kiwi juice, and the multivitamin juices, along with best bread and scrambled eggs was the best tasting breakfast I had in many years. The front desk check-in process is extremely organized and professional. The information provided for tourists was outstanding. I was using the fitness center and I could not believe how beautiful it was. They had a locker room, showers, even a spa place. Machines were in excellent working condition and they even had yoga mats and I did use them.

Nice hotel for the price. Rooms are clean, large and have big windows. Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is more then adequate. But the best part of this hotel is the location. It's located on a quite street in the center of the city. Majority of Prague attractions and many great restaurants are within walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again.

In general I had a good experience in it, with a comfortable bed, silent ambiance, good employees. They have also a gym space. The hotel is really well located, so from there I could make almost every tour by foot, including taking the public transportation feom and to the airport. My only advise is it seems they were overrated with 4 stars. It's comfortable, I'll be back any time soon, but it's not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 3 and half, it exists.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst in Prague, fantastic location to stay walking distance to pretty much everything you want to do. Great restaurants and bars nearby also. Staff upon arrival were polite and friendly providing maps of Prague and information on tours if I wanted them. Room was clean and tidy and was fully stocked with towels, shampoo and body wash. There was a safe in the room and a refrigerator if we wanted to buy stuff out of the hotel to store in there. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard and could not fault this. Breakfast was served daily from 0700am - 1030am, breakfast had loads of options with hot drinks and fresh juice on tap. There hotel I thought was fully accessible via stairs and also stairs. The hotel also had a stair lift which I thought was good. If you are planning to stay in Prague I would recommend this hotel, it is in a fantastic location and could not fault anything about it.

It's a great hotel in a central location, and you get everything you can expect from that! The staff are friendly and helpful, the bar/restaurant is nice and we'll stocked. The hotel is pretty modern and looks like it's semi-recently been refurbished. The rooms are on the smaller side but enough to comfortably stay for a week. The only complaint would be that you can hear noise from the street, especially the occasional noisy stag-dos passing by late at night.

Great view. The check-in process was easy and they were able to help me since I did not go in speaking English. We this is located, it is not too far from all the great destinations. For me, everything was within walking distance but you can take the tram or taxi to get anywhere else you would like. We stayed for two nights and our package came with breakfast. The breakfast had what you would expect from a buffet styled breakfast and had enough local specialties to keep you coming. The room we got was on the first floor and the rooms there were spacious. We got a twin double. The lighting was good and offered different kinds of mood lighting. The walls of the room seem relatively thin since we were able to hear our upstairs and next-door neighbors. This does go with the fact that we did not indeed end up hearing much of anything. There is a safe in the room that is very easy to use although relatively small compared to other ones. The bathroom is spacious and comes with amenities for you. The only one bad thing was that the roof was peeling a little bit but it is not worthy of lowering the rating. Cleaning service was very generous and gave us some toilet paper and offered to give us new towels regardless of us not asking for the room to be serviced.

Excellent service. Attentive staff. Very well located. Beautifully modernly decorated bedrooms. If there is something to be improved is the bathroom: though they are good, they are not very practical. I recommend it and if I happy to return to Prague, I will for sure stay at this hotel again. The breakfast is abundant and goodd quality.

I love this place. Very conveniently located, only a very short walk to pretty much anyplace I'd like to be; the astronomical clock, the Hard Rock, the street market. Even a Hooters and Harley Davidson shop. Oh, and did I mention there's an awesome Irish bar right around the corner?! The room was great, and so was breakfast, but the best part was definitely the staff. Everyone from the desk staff, to the restaurant personnel, to the housekeeping crew were pleasant to talk to and did a wonderful job of making this one of my best stays ever. The night desk manager was especially wonderful in ensuring that I was parked in the correct location and making sure I was able to find my way around. This is definitely my new go to hotel in Prague!
