★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá neochota a ignorace ze strany personálu. Milý pan neměl ani potřebu pozdravit, natož přijít se otázat, jestli může nějak pomoci.
Až jednou skončí doba nedostatku aut, pochybuji, že má takový člověk šanci si práci udržet.
Absolute reluctance and ignorance on the part of the staff. The dear gentleman didn't even need to say hello, let alone come and ask if he could help.
Once the car shortage is over, I doubt such a person has a chance to keep his job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem zde ohledne svolavaci akce, nejen,ze oprava vozu trvala 5 hodin misto uvadenych max.2 hodin,ale navic mi auto jeste rozsasili vice. Od te doby mi nelze vypnout Start Srop na displayi. Udajne vybita baterka. Tak jsem doma vymenil z druheho auta,co mam ani ne pul roku a problem je porad stejny. Misto aby problem resili,tak by hned vymenili neco,co neni potreba a neumi se problemu postavit celem. Takze auto je jeste v horsim stavu,nez jsem jim ho predaval...podle me tam neco pokazili a nemaji odvahu to priznat a svadi to na baterku,aby z toho alespon neco meli. Zde me uz nikdo nikdy neuvidi. Dejte sem auto v poradku a odjedete s rozbitym. Tomu rikam odborny a kvalitni znackovy servis...
I was here about the convening event, not only that the repair of the car took 5 hours instead of the stated maximum 2 hours, but also the car was even more heated. Since then, I can't turn off Start Srop on the display. The flashlight is discharged. So I exchanged at home from another car, which I have less than half a year, and the problem is the same. Instead of solving the problem, they would immediately exchange something that is not needed and they cannot face the problem. So the car is in a worse condition before I sold it to them ... I think they messed up something there and they don't have the courage to admit it and it's a flashlight to get at least something out of it. No one will ever see me here again. Put the car in order here and you will leave with a broken. I call it professional and quality branded service ...
