Jak vyplývá z nezávislého závěru Etické komise Asociace klinických psychologů ze dne 22.10.2019, tato psycholožka vážně pochybila, a dokonce rovnou v několika případech porušila etický kodex psychologa tím, že vystavila zcela účelovou zprávu na žádost jednoho z rodičů bez vědomí druhého rodiče pro potřeby opatrovnického soudu.
 I strongly warn against the services of psychologist Anita Petrů. As follows from the conclusion of an independent Ethics Committee of the Association of Clinical Psychologists dated 22 October 2019, the psychologist seriously erred, and even directly in some cases violated the code of ethics of psychologist that issued the report entirely targeted at the request of one of the parents without the knowledge of the other parent for the purposes of guardianship court.
