4 měsíce řeším reklamaci světla. Světlo bylo odesláno do Philipsu s tím, že dostanu finanční náhradu. Čekám 4. měsíc a stále nic. Nedoporučuji!!!!
I have been handling a light complaint for 4 months. The light was sent to Philips and received financial compensation. I'm waiting for the 4th month and still nothing. I do not recommend !!!!

čekal jsem, že budu poslouchat robota minimálně prvních 5 minut. K mému překvapení vyřešili celý můj problém včetně nezbytného "tento telefonát je z důvodu zlepšovaní uživatelského komfortu nahráván" do 4 minut. Kurýr přijel druhý den a reklamovaný výrobek vyzvednul. Zatím moje nejlepší zkušenost se zákaznickou podporou, dokonce mě to donutilo napsat tuhle recenzí. Za mě pět hvězd, možná jsem měl jen štěstí ale takhle má podle mě vypadat zacházení se zákazníkem.
I expected to listen to the robot for at least the first 5 minutes. To my surprise, they resolved my entire problem, including the necessary "this call is being recorded in 4 minutes to improve user experience." The courier arrived the next day and picked up the claimed product. So far my best customer support experience, it even made me write this review. For me five stars, maybe I was just lucky, but this is what I think the treatment of the customer.

Děkuji panu Gabrielovi ze zákaznické podpory za rychlou odpověď, která byla velice nápomocná. Ještě jednou děkuji za ochotu a poskytnutý servis. Jsem velice potěšena, že lze dohledat jednotlivé náhradní díly a zakoupit je.

Je mi velice lito, tuto znacku mam rada, protoze ma kvalitni vyrobky, nechapu ale jejich obchodni strategii nemaji zadny showroom kde si muzete vyrobky vyzkouset a pro nejaky se rozhodnout, i Gorenje coz jsou Poláci maji showroom, vyrobek si potrebuji prohlédnou a vyzkouset pokud to jen jde chapu, ze pracku nebo susicku asi tezko budu zkouset, ale ostatni vyrobky by se snad dali dokazali me na mall, Alzu a datart, kde si ale samozdrejmne vyrobek take nebudu moci vyzkouset. Je to velka skoda, ze tato znacka nepristupuje ke klientovi vice profesionalne.
I am very sorry, I like this brand, because I have quality products, but I do not understand their business strategy do not have a showroom where you can try the products and decide for some, Gorenje, which are Poles have a showroom, I need to see the product and try it I just understand that I will probably have a hard time trying the buckle or the dryer, but other products could probably prove themselves to me at the mall, Alza and datart, where, of course, I will not be able to try the product either. V neděli objednáno, v pondělí večer expedováno, ve středu pomocí DPD (zdarma) u mě ? Navíc fén za akční cenu + slevový kód -20% ? Komunikace s centrem podpory naprosto bez problémů, během 5 min vždy odpověď ? V případě, že zboží chcete následně vrátit je doprava od DPD opět zdarma ☺️ Navíc možnost registrace produktu na stránkách. Za mě naprostá spokojenost - jsem zaregistrována na stránkách, kde mám po ruce faktury a objednávky. Určitě ráda přes Philips.cz nakoupím znovu ?

Objednáno zboží, které je podle eshopu skladem. Už za týden zjistili, že ho nemají a za další týden ještě nemám odblokované peníze. 25. 8. objednáno zboží, které dle eshopu je skladem. Zaplaceno kartou 5000. 31. 8. Dobrý den, vaše objednávka byla stornována z důvodu nedostupnosti zboží GC8750/60 na skladu. Blokace peněžních prostředků byla zrušena Děkujeme za pochopení. S pozdravem Philips Team 5. 9. Peníze pořád zablokovány.

BEWARE – Purchasing a monitor from Philips can become a 9months (and still going) nightmare where you purchase a premium product and when it is not working (model 499P9H/00 with failing KVM switch – apparently common malfunction as you can see in multiple public forums when you do a simple search) you held hostage when Philips authorized service center Czech Republic is repeating that it is normal and it is the fault of my PC. I haven’t seen my monitor for the last 9 months as they are still “repairing it” (already changed the motherboard) then “testing it” and then “refusing it” saying that it is a normal function of the monitor and that it does not suppose to work. When I mentioned that I use it with Macbook the official response was: “we never mentioned that it will work with the Apple. We as well didn’t mention that it will not work because we assume it will”. Nevertheless, it does not work with my Windows-based PC build either. Their suggestion now is to send it back to me “to try” if it works. I did not believe my ears when I heard that!!! I would never expect such an amateur and disrespectful attitude towards customers who purchased premium line products (over $1200 when purchased) which turn not to work properly. This was for sure my last purchase from Philips. There are better options nowadays with better services like Samsung, ASUS, or MSI. Philips is one huge disappointment.
