★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před rokem jsem si u vás nechala opravit výměnu displeje na iPhonu 7+. Po výměně co mi otec přivezl telefon domluvy jsem následně zjistila že spodní část displeje nefunguje odnesla jsem telefon tedy zpět na reklamaci kde mi slečna displej znovu vina ale už mi tam ne nalepila původní tvrzené sklo které bylo zakoupeno při první výměně displeje před reklamací. Dnes jsem však zjistila poté co jsem si nechala telefon opravit znovu že v telefonu chybí několik šroubku andy jestli není nalepeno nové těsnění. Jsem z toho zklamaná protože bohužel opravy nejsou za pár korun tudíž byste svojí práci měli dělat pořádně.
A year ago, I had the display on my iPhone 7+ repaired. After exchanging what my father brought me the phone, I subsequently found out that the lower part of the display did not work. Today, however, I found out after I had the phone repaired again that a few screws andy were missing from the phone if a new seal was not glued. I'm disappointed because unfortunately the repairs are not worth a few crowns, so you should do your job properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Šel jsem se zeptat jakou výkupní cenu bych dostal za svůj záložní IP 6s zlatý 32 gb který jsem kupoval na mobilpohotovosti 2 měsíce zpět za 2600kc(stav C). Vstal nějaký technik s kterým jsem vůbec nekomunikoval a bez dovolení si vzal můj telefon a napíchl ho k macbooku ze jsi o něm musí něco zjistit, po tom co jsem mu řekl že si to nepřeji mi odvětil že to je normální postup, potom mi bylo sděleno ať setrvám na místě že napsal technikům do jejich skupiny kolik bych za to dostal, telefon si nechal u sebe a já musel čekat. Po 15 minutách přišel že mi dá 500kč a očekával můj souhlas, já samozřejmně odmítl a on mne začal přesvědčovat že tam ten telefon musel vyhledávat atd. Jelikož se mi to zdálo podivné tak jsem se šel zeptat do Mobilpohotovosti kde jsem telefon kupoval kolik bych dostal u nich, tam mi řekli 1700kč, Tudíž profesionalita na 0 úrovni….nedoporučuji.
I went to ask what the purchase price I would get for my backup IP 6s gold 32 gb which I bought on the mobile standby 2 months back for 2600kc (condition C). A technician got up with whom I didn't communicate at all and took my phone without permission and stabbed him with a macbook that you had to find out something about him, after I told him I didn't want to tell me it was normal, then I was told let me stay where he wrote to the technicians in their group how much I would get for it, he kept the phone with me and I had to wait. After 15 minutes he came to give me 500 CZK and expected my consent, I of course refused and he began to convince me that he had to look for the phone there, etc. Since it seemed strange to me, I went to the emergency room where I bought the phone how much I would get at them, there they told me 1700 CZK, Therefore, professionalism at 0 level ned .I do not recommend.
