★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od této firmy jsem si telefonicky objednal beton na sobotní zavážku. Objednání bez problému, řidič měl přijet po osmé hodině, na místě vykládky jsme byli domluveni. Najal jsem si tedy čtyři pracovníky na pokládku betonu. Když jsem se v půl desáté na třetí pokus dovolal, bylo mi oznámeno, že řidič nevěděl, kam má beton odvézt, neměl na mě telefon a tak šel domů.
Na mou výtku ohledně najatých pracovníků mi bylo sděleno, že se sice stala chyba, ale beton nikdo nepřiveze.
Žádná snaha o nápravu, žádná snaha o kompenzaci - důrazně nedoporučuji.
From this company, I ordered the concrete for Saturday's shuttle. Ordering without problem, the driver was supposed to arrive at eight o'clock, at the place of unloading we were settled. So I hired four workers to apply concrete. When I asked for the tenth to third attempt, I was told that the driver did not know where to take the concrete, he did not have a phone and he went home.
On my complaint about hired workers, I was told that a mistake had been made, but no one would bring the concrete.
No attempt to remedy, no effort to compensate - I strongly do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI pobočku v Kácově! Po jednáním s panem jednatelem (L.K.) bylo domluveno dovezení betonu, termín, částka i čas příjezdu. V den konání nikdo nedorazil. Na opakované telefonické spojení pan jednatel nereagoval. Podotýkám, že den před realizací se na místo dostavila i paní z obchod.odd. (D.M.) včetně řidiče, jež měl přijet další den... Vše připraveno a nikdo se neozval ani nedorazil! Barbarské jednání všech zainteresovaných - zjevně "syndrom místních"
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND the branch in Kácov! After negotiations with the managing director (L.K.), it was agreed to bring the concrete, the date, the amount and the time of arrival. No one arrived on the day of the event. The managing director did not respond to repeated telephone connections. I would like to point out that the day before the implementation, a lady from the shop arrived. (D.M.) including the driver, who was to arrive the next day ... Everything ready and no one answered or arrived! Barbaric behavior of all involved - apparently "local syndrome"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Betonárku v Kácově jednoznačně doporučuji. Je to vysoce moderní betonárka s naprosto ideální kapacitou a technikou. Jde se s nimi i v pohodě domluvit na potřebný termín a co se domluvilo, platilo. Základy jsem zalíval pomocí jejich mixpumpy, takže velká úspora času i pracovní síly. Beton je opravdu poctivý a pokud budu stavět další dům, určitě se na ně znovu rád obrátím.
I definitely recommend the concrete plant in Kácov. It is a highly modern concrete plant with absolutely ideal capacity and technology. It is also possible to agree with them on the necessary date and what was agreed was valid. I poured the basics using their mixer pump, so a big saving of time and manpower. The concrete is really honest and if I build another house, I will definitely be happy to turn to them again.
