One of the former mills in Žehrovka stands on the shore of Podsemínský rybník, one of a number of Podtrosecké ponds. It is worth noting the hives in the garden and a log house. Beautiful place, the pond is from the 16th century.

The first mention of Podsemínský mill comes from the first half of the 16th century. During the course of three centuries, several owners changed, until it was bought by miller Franz Skála in 1821. After the disagreements with the Turnov farmer Dlask, he sells the Dolánecký mill on Vazovecký brook and bought Podsemínský mill. The Skála family operated a milling craft at this facility for five generations until it was officially closed in 1951. The mill was rebuilt in its present form in 1937 and ten years later the miller Jaroslav Skála let a Francis turbine to be installed. Currently the Podsemín Mill is the property of the descendants of the last miller Jaroslav Skála. All the equipment is preserved in it, unfortunately the whole building is not open to the public.

Mlýn pod hrází stejnojmeného rybníka v klidném údolí s pěkným roubeným vejmynkem a úlem jako zmenšená chalupa, vedle starý most v havarijním stavu.
The mill under the dam of the homonymous pond in a quiet valley with a nice timbered house and a beehive like a small cottage, next to an old bridge in disrepair.
