R	Roman Charvat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutne hrozna zlodejna. Dejte si na ne pozor. Po nakupu pokladniho systemu za cca 50k nejdrive dojel technik se stanou pokladnou. Kdyz jsem je s ni poslal zpatky tak dovezl pouzitou s tim, ze je nova. A nakonec az po tydnu co jsme otevreli nam dovezli pokladnu kterou jsme si objednali. Pak zacali problemi. Absolutne nedotazeny software ktery ma v sobe silene chyb a kazdou opravu si uctuji. Uz nikdy vice s touto firmou. Nakonec jsme museli po 2mesicich prejit ke konkurenci. Absolutely a thief of grapes. Watch out for them. After purchasing the cash register system in about 50k, the technician arrives first and becomes a cashier. When I sent them back with her, he brought them used, saying that she was new. And finally, after the week we opened, they brought us the cash register we ordered. Then the problems started. Absolutely unquestioned software that has a lot of bugs in it and I respect every fix. Never again with this company. In the end, we had to move to the competition after 2 months.

Uživatelsky velmi příjemné a jednoduché prostředí s širokým spektrem funkcí, které nám každý den zjednodušují práci. Výborná komunikace ze strany zaměstnanců firmy Awis, vždy nám se vším ochotně poradili. Díky. We are completely satisfied with the cash registers of sys. Awis. Ale to není všechno pro zákazníka řeším reinstalaci na nový HW. Jejich insolvenční problémy řeší típnutím všechn platících zákazníků!!! Zákazníkovi proto doporučím přechod na jiný SW který po zaplacení bude výhradně v souladu s licenčním ujednáním v jeho rukou. Přenos licence je krásně dokumentován. V Awisu? Tam už se jen dovolat je problém!!! An unbelievable mess, disgust and total amateur sloth for which you have to have a good hw to walk you. But that's not all for the customer I'm trying to reinstall to the new HW. Their insolvency problems are solved by ticking all paying customers !!! Therefore, I recommend the customer to switch to another SW, which after payment will be solely in accordance with the license agreement in his hands. License transfer is beautifully documented. In Awis? There's just to be a problem here!

Společnost HotPC doporučuji a ještě jednou děkuji paní Židové za pomoc. I had a problem exchanging the certificate at the cash register - everything was handled quickly and willingly via e-mail and telephone. I recommend HotPC and thank you once again for Mrs. Židová for her help.

Ne reklamace nereagují i několik týdnů, telefony nezvedají, a když už se ozvou po několika týdenním uhánění a uráčí se něco opravit, tak u toho hned zkazí tři další věci. Je to fakt šílené!! Máme Awis necelé dva roky a je to v jednom kuse furt něco nefunkčního. Trávím na jejich help lince mládí, nikdo se neomluví, nikoho nic nezajímá. Na ředitele žádný kontakt není, asi ví, že by mu volali nasraní lidé. V žádném případě si je nepořizujte, nebo zapláčete. Koupili jsme si awis ROK předtím, než začalo být povinné EET. Obchoďák nás ujišťoval, že jsou připraveni a že systém bude fungovat měsíc dopředu, aby se to dalo zkoušet. TÝDEN před začátkem EET stále nic. Voláme, nikdo nebere. 4 dny pře začátkem EET dostáváme informaci, že se o vše postarají a bude to ok. V den začátku EET stále EET nefunguje. DVA DNY PO POVINNÉM ZAČÁTKU EET systém STÁLE NEFUNGUJE. Až třetí den se povedlo EET zprovoznit. A věřte mi, že tohle je jenom jedna lehčí příhoda. Zažili jsme toho s AWIS MNOHEM více. If I could give a zero, I'll give a zero. No complaints do not respond for several weeks, phones do not answer, and when they hear after a few weeks of hurrying and urcuje something to fix, so it immediately spoils three other things. It's really crazy !! We have Awis for less than two years and it is something broken all the time. I spend youth on their help line, nobody apologizes, nobody cares. There is no contact with the headmaster, he probably knows that pissed people would call him. Under no circumstances should you purchase or pay them. We bought awis YEAR before it became mandatory EET. The mall assured us that they were ready and that the system would work a month in advance to try it out. A week before the start of EET still nothing. We call, no one takes. 4 days before the start of EET, we get information that they will take care of everything and it will be ok. On the EET start day, the EET is still not working. TWO DAYS AFTER THE EET COMPULSORY START The system still does not work. It was only on the third day that EET was put into operation. And believe me, this is just one minor event. We have seen more with AWIS MANY.

F	Franto BEDNA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měla jsem podobné negativní zkušenosti, jako přede mnou píšící. Přesně tak, všichni se vymlouvali jeden na druhého, zapírali a nepřiměřeně kasírovali služby. V době kdy se zřizovalo EET jsem do té doby nic horšího nezažila a to už jsem kasy od této firmy měla 10 let předtím ( ale jen s pozitivní zkušeností ). Myslím, že to firma nezvládla. V době kdy se měnili majitelé a opět byly problémy v komunikaci, byl jediný člověk, který bral telefony v jakémkoliv čase pan Žid. A nyní se opět snaží, vracet firmě Awis dobré jméno, svým profesionálním přístupem. Znovu DOPORUČUJI ! Balcárková Romana. I had similar negative experiences as those who wrote before me.
