M	Marine Berlanger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PUNAISES DE LIT / BED BUGS !!!!!!! DO NOT GO Unacceptable. My fiancé slept there 1 night, ( work travel ) and saw during the second night DOZENS of bugs running in his bed. How is it possible that this hotel is still open ? Tons of comments about this problem since MONTHS. He has to move outside at 2 a.m. in the middle of the night because he did not want to stay in a bed FULL OF BED BUGS. You should CLOSE and SOLVE THE PROBLEM. You have NO EXCUSE. So many hotels solved the problem when they had bed bugs and no longer have some. Not the fault of the receptionist who did what he could, but shame on the manager. Once again, you can have bed bugs, but when you don’t do the necessary as you should you should close. I could not sleep if I was running a business where there are bed bugs in my clients bed when they actually pay for it. So thank you bye, we’ll never come back.
V	Venia Veselovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, clean interior, and good study area. We enjoyed our experience, one thing to note is that the hostel is located in a red light district, which we were unaware of prior to our arrival.
L	Laura Geest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hostel has bedbugs in some of the rooms. The hygiene is lacking, we've found a dirty sock, hairs and blood stains. The staff was not very friendly. Do yourself a favour and book a better hotel.
W	Wander Waals on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST HOSTEL EVER I used to work at this hostel, but left because I felt like I was ripping of the guests. The boiler is way to small for the building, so there is almost no warm water (the owner knows but refuses to do anything about it). Cleaning is abominable, as well as their BED-BUG policy.... Worst part: I never got paid for the hours I worked their, and after some emails back and forth the staff simply started to ignore me. I know they were scroogy because I was never allowed to give a decent refunt, but this really suprised me.
A	Az Har on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hostel I've ever seen, no bath towels and locks. full of bed bugs and Mites in the bed. In the end I slept in another bed and the administrator told me that I couldn't sleep in another bed because I would transfer the bed bugs. Im not sleeping all night and was very sleepy, I don't mind to sleeping in a bed other people slept in, but he was afraid that I would transfer the bed bugs. Finally made it to the morning and left this horrible hotel. The manager didn't even say "sorry" when checking out.

Moreover, it is loud not only outside, but also inside, as the administration does not respond to those who make noise in the hostel after 22.00. There is no possibility to lock your things in the rooms! Who wants - he must buy a lock, somewhere in the city (as I was told at the reception). Dirty in the showers. Some of the staff are unfriendly.
C	Catalina Montino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We asked specifically for a double room and they said it was possible. We booked it. It turned out we ended up having two separate beds in one room. The girl at the desk was utterly useless so nothing could be done because reasons. Instead of giving us a solution she blamed us and Airbnb. Lift was out of order. The location is convenient, but the street is really dodgy (is where all strip clubs are).
M	Marie van den Eeden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location! Spacious dorms (with curtains!) and clean sanitary. The communal rooms (kitchen & chill area) were cute and well equipped! The only thing was that the lockers in the room made quite some noise…
