The place was a great value for money if you are a couple visiting for one or two days - we stayed in a capsule and it was better than we expected. The bed was very spacious, there was a small locker to store your belongings and a room to store big luggage. There was a well equipped and spacious kitchen. Would definitely go again.

The gentlemen at the front desk were very relaxed and friendly, and the rest of the staff were very kind as well. The kitchen area is lovely. The rooms were large, as was the shower. The wifi was also reliable. There were a few negatives, like some problems with the locks on the bathroom doors, but it was a really pleasant stay and I would happily stay again.

T	Tamati Hoetawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, great experience for the price I paid. But needs to fix a few issues, room wasn't cleaned when I arrived. I'm sure it's a one-off. Need to step up their promotional game on where to eat for good local prices, because restaurants in Prague central will fleece your money and prey on unaware tourists. Maybe a print out sheet to give tourist a better orientation of the city. Upside: very friendly staff and responsive to requests. Discounts to the spa and sauna which is in the same building.
D	Davide Vandelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were full (at a Wednesday night in march...), so I had to sleep in a "capsule" at the dormitory. Such dormitory had rude clients that did not get told to respect other's silence at night (since the capsules are for two people, they done their business there), and in the next morning at 8 everyone in the dormitory woke up because of the cleaning service vacuum...that was very loud in the room next to us, and more actions done by the service. You can hear everyone coming in the hostel as well, even though there's a door and walls that cover dormitory.
A	Ash Nelco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in a 4 bed room. I found it to be clean, very comfortable 4 night stay. Location is great and walking distance (10 min) to the main square. The kitchen was open and had an induction heater and fridge. Staff is super friendly, although I didn't have any particular needs while I was there.
