★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stayed for 3 nights for my Husbands 40th. Very quiet hotel for being right next to Wenceslas Square. Very classy, rooms comfy and clean and friendly staff. Such a central location, would stay again without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Hotel experiences me and my friends had so far. Nearly nobody wears a damn mask. Breakfast was crowded and the selection of food was very limited. BUT the worst thing was that our Hotelroom was not clean! We found old food wrappers in our dressers and the Hotel in general was very outdated … Service in the lobby was kinda rude and we had the feeling, that nobody really cared about us. The Location of the Hotel is very central in Prague but there are a lot of Strip Clubs and in general red-light businesses next to the entrance… As soon as you leave the Hotel some creepy people chat you up from the side and try to persuade you to go to one of the clubs…
AND DON’T use the Hotelsafe! We couldn't open it anymore at the first day and when we asked the staff to help us, the guy from the reception only told us: “we always tell people not to use the safes because we don't have spare keys and they are broken sometimes”… After several attempts we could opened it but really?! Thats just Wooooow…
The pictures look really good but the whole experience here was just disappointing! Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just arrived back home after a fab weekend stay, great hotel within walking distance to the old town! Very friendly staff, martin and jess were always very helpful and friendly. Sparkling wine sent to room for my birthday which was a lovely touch. Rooms spacious and cleaned every day. Dont let the other comments about the gentlemen clubs spoil your deicision to stay here, we walked past every night with no bother and never heard any noise, would definitely recommend this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury entrance. The room is not a big deal. No lights in the room. Room was always clean. I passed 15 minutes to look for a TV channel where I could watch a movie in English and I found none.

The staff were great the reception guy that was evenings not sure on name was amazing even remembered our first names we went beginning may 22 .Breakfast was very nice and plenty to choose from .There is a couple of strip /lap dancing clubs at side and we had read reviews saying would hear it all night but didn't hear a thing and we were at the front on main street and we were their over a weekend .Would definitely recommend this hotel and if you like history of Prague go on the guided tour 6 hr one we'll worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is in a great central location but not directly on the main street so there is no noise. The room didn't face out into the street but did look onto other rooms but you couldn't see in. You just keep the curtains closed for all the time you're in the room for.
The staff were really friendly and the rooms clean. We had drinks a couple of nights in the lobby bar and it was reasonably priced.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to the main attractions but not in the main centre.
