Group of 8.  We were all very satisfied with the hotel. +Reasonably priced. +Nice receptionists with friendly service and easy check in. +The double room was big and very quiet.  No problems sleeping with an open window.   Bathroom and shower were in order. -Tried out the A/C even though it was not needed. Seemed like it didn't really work. Room is probably hot and uncomfortable in summer. ++Great location.  Hotel is located directly on Wenceslas Square. ++Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of hot and cold food & drinks. We would definitely stay here again.

Well situated hotel. But that is probably one positive point. During the 5 days of our stay, the room was not cleaned even once !! We had to ask the maid ourselves for clean towels. The bathroom is only seemingly clean; dirty walls of the shower cubicle, dirty toilet, dirt under the sinks !! Missing toilet paper. For this price: I do not recommend it !!

I stayed in room 603 from 11.08 to 17.08. The quality of the room I stayed in was comparable to a cheap hostel in an Asian country. See for yourself: - spider web in the room, - dirty, stained and stained lampshades, - mold in the shower, - broken soap dispensers, - dirty stains in the toilet, - a disfigured hair dryer, - plaster that falls on the head, - stains and dirt on the chairs , - dust and debris under the bed, - mold and rust on the shower hose, - broken door stops. I asked to bring me an iron and ironing board to my room. The board was all stained and streaked, the iron was broken and dangerous to use. The fact that the room is not cleaned is clear from the receipt of the past guest, which I found in the table. For several days I demanded a meeting with the manager through the reception staff. Several times they made an appointment for me, but your employee never came and, as a result, refused to speak even on the phone. Girls from the dining room came to me, they spoke Russian, but only made a helpless gesture. Nobody could help me and put the room in order. I can't blame the staff, I just blame the incompetent, incompetent manager of this hotel. He does not know what is happening in his hotel in the very center of Prague !!! He really didn't speak to me and react to my complaints. I find such living conditions outrageous. Several times after the trip, I called the hotel and asked to contact me to leave a complaint - there was no reaction. For my part, I intend to give as much publicity as possible to that mess and horror of conditions in your hotel. You are unworthy to receive guests, this is not a hotel, this is a barn for animals. At the same time, I want to note that all the front desk staff were nice, kind and sympathetic to me.

More like 2 star hotel! This hotel needs major renovation work. Paint hanging from walls, kitchen and bathroom fittings broken, plugs sockets not working, AC not working, noisy walls and inattentive staff. No thank you. Thumbs down !

Location was great, breakfast was pretty bad. Didn’t have much for vegan and someone who don’t eat pork or beef. Room was also pretty average compared to the price offered.

Classic hotel for older people. A bit old fashioned but good quality. Entrances and lifts a bit confusing. The hotel has a narrow frontage to the main road and a long way to the rear. The backyard is relatively quiet. The breakfast is good. Reception 24/7 is friendly, qualified and speaks good English. Nearest subway stations not far. The main train station Praha hl. nadr. is within walking distance.

Not too shabby, I'd say. Its the staff that makes this place good. Rooms are okayish, not the best. Again, its the friendliness of the staff that makes this place good. A more than decent budget hotel to stay at for a couple of nights.
