STAFF IS HORRIBLE
I oredered cream bread then staff gave me a ticket that I can give to cream maker and she puts crean into bread.
I wanted to change to icecream bread ticket cuz I knew cream one was icecream one.
But the staff said "No I will not change you the ticket" There was no special reason that he denied(Not many people, not in step of making cream bread cuz it's ticket)
So I got really mad but still he is acting to me like "it's defenetely no problem"
Really please dont go here ;(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself is neat, BUT the staff is super arrogant and not friendly at all to customers.
They serve tea and coffee in plastic cups if you stay at the place. The traditional prague dish they offer is being served cold and not very tasteful. I wouldn‘t recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! The staff was very rude to us (the cashier was almost screaming at us to order) and Trdelnik was not baked enough, it was raw in the middle. When I talked to the lady that it is raw, she pretended like she does not understand. The chocolate filling was actually just an ugly chocolate topping. Never again, there are many mamy better places around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have ordered there trdlo. It had a good taste. More pistachios cream added would be better, however the cream and waffle used for design looked very nice ? The staff was friendly and nice on response. You can try it when passing near the wenceslas square ?
