★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nejhorší správa nemovitostí. Nahlášené problémy roky neřeší. Do systému Eda jsou požadavky zadávány až po telefonické urgenci jejich info linky. Pokud se v domě objeví problém mimo pracovní dny a hodiny, tak prostě smůla. Netekoucí teplá voda od pátku prostě počká do pondělí.
Co se týká úklidových služeb společných prostor - katastrofa. Při reklamaci neváhají natočit velmi legrační video o tom, jak si vlastníci nosí bordel do společných prostor sami. K úklidu viz foto probíhající úklid- dle PPM na fotkách žádná špína není.
 worst property management. They haven't solved the reported problems in years. Requests are entered into the Eda system only after the telephone urgency of their info line. If there is a problem in the house outside of working days and hours, then it's just unfortunate. Non-flowing hot water simply waits until Monday from Friday.
As for the cleaning services of common areas - a disaster. During the complaint, they do not hesitate to make a very funny video about how the owners bring a brothel to the common areas themselves. For cleaning, see the photo of the ongoing cleaning - according to PPM, there is no dirt in the photos.
