Автобус Fihbus не прибыл, и мы опоздали на самолет, наша просьба о компенсации более 12:00 часов остается без ответа. В обратном направлении нашего интернет-билета не было в базе данных водителя.

Жахливий вокзал!!! Мало сидячих місць! В 00:30 виганяють усіх на вулицю і зачиняють вокзал до 04:00! Людям які приїжджають з інших міст Праги на перші рейси потягів навіть немають де дочекатися чи очікувати на поїзд!!! Це просто жахливо!!!! В "Європейському" місті на вокзалах: Прага-Флоренц, Прага-Масаруково, чи на головному залізничному вокзалі для подорожуючих немає зони очікування!!!! Жахливо! Ганьба! Я би поставив ще "-" якби була можливість!!! Поганий вокзал!!!
Horrible station !!! Not enough seating! At 00:30 they kick everyone out and close the station by 4:00! People who come from other cities of Prague for the first train flights do not even have to wait or wait for the train !!! It's just awful !!!! La gare est facile d'acces et les quais et départs des bus indiqués très clairement. Le bus est arrivé à l'heure sur le quai et parti à l'heure. Nous l'avons pris en direction Breslavie. Le bus était plein à craquer et nous avons dû changer de place à différentes reprises, même sur des étiquettes apparemment vertes. Nous avons voulu demander au chauffeur où nous pouvions donc nous asseoir, mais il ne parlait pas du tout anglais et nous a répondu assez agressivement en nous renvoyant à l'étage. Nous nous sommes donc contentés de trouver une place et de changer si quelqu'un nous le demandait. Après le deuxieme arrêt, nous avons pu être assis ensemble car plusieurs personnes sont descendues. Les noms des arrêts et les messages n'etaient pas transmis en anglais. Le bus était à l'heure et confortable, ce qui est le principal.

The names of the stops and the messages were not transmitted in English. The bus was on time and comfortable, which is the main thing.

Der Busbahnhof liegt sehr zentral, wer eine Stunde Zeit hat, kann fast schon etwas Sightseeing machen. Drei Nachbarländer von Tschechien (Deutschland, Österreich, Slowakei) zahlen mit Euro, und trotzdem kann man hier an diesem Verkehrsknotenpunkt meist nur mit Kronen zahlen. Ich bin deshalb oft hungrig wieder zurück in meinen Bus, obwohl der Hotdogstand wirklich leckere Sachen anbietet.
The bus station is very central, who has an hour, can almost do some sightseeing. Three neighboring countries of the Czech Republic (Germany, Austria, Slovakia) pay with Euro, and yet you can usually only pay with crowns here at this traffic junction. Sono arrivata e poi ripartita da questa stazione degli autobus avendo viaggiato con FlixBus. La stazione è molto comoda in quanto collegata direttamente alla metro (sia linea rossa C sia gialla B), ma è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi in quanto dista da piazza San Venceslao-Na Prikope-porta delle polveri meno di dieci minuti. La zona è sicura e tranquilla. La stazione è curata, pulita e ben organizzata. Offre diversi servizi tra cui deposito bagagli, wc, free WiFi e la scelta di diversi posti dove mangiare. Tutte le banchine sono numerate in modo chiaro e sono dotate di uno schermo in cui compaiono tutte le corriere che partono da quella specifica banchina, indicandole anche con largo anticipo. Per avere un quadro completo delle partenze e degli arrivi, in tutta la stazione ci sono diversi mega schermi che tengono aggiornati su partenze e arrivi. Vi consiglio di fare riferimento alla hala 1 piuttosto che alla hala 2 in quanto più curata e moderna. Se dovete partire o arrivare a questa stazione non fatevi alcun pensiero. Consigliata
I arrived and then left from this bus station having traveled with FlixBus. The station is very convenient as it is directly connected to the metro (both red line C and yellow B), but it is easily reachable on foot as it is less than ten minutes from Piazza San Venceslao-Na Prikope. The area is safe and quiet. The station is neat, clean and well organized. It offers various services including luggage storage, toilet, free WiFi and the choice of different places to eat. All the platforms are clearly numbered and have a screen in which all the carriers that leave from that specific dock appear, also indicating them well in advance. To get a complete picture of departures and arrivals, throughout the station there are several mega screens that keep you up to date on departures and arrivals. I advise you to refer to hala 1 rather than hala 2 as it is more accurate and modern. If you have to leave or arrive at this station, don't think about it. recommended

Today (8/12) we waited for a flix bus no. 854 in platform 10 ,departure time is 10:25 am . A bus came at around 10: 15 and stopped at platform 10 . The front window with a card shows 854 . Driver open the luggage door without talking anything.We thought this is the right bus and put our luggages into the bus . When we were ready to get on the bus , the driver scanned the e-ticket and rejected us with bad attitude. As foreigners , We didn’t understand what he talked about . But he didn’t try to explain anything except prevented us from getting on the bus . We didn’t know what happened . And the bus was going to leave . We therefore took our luggages out urgently. The neck of the driver has a apparent tattoo , which is a big Chinese character [豬]... == ! We hope if we were taking wrong bus , the bus driver can explain to guests clearly with patience. After all , it stopped at platform 10 and is almost near the departure time .

A nice bus station! Because of some sad previous reviews, I was worrying and wondering if my FlixBus would be there or not. (FlixBus N84 Prague to Brugge.) But, when I arrived Florenc St., everything went well for me! Bus info. were displayed on the screen in the hall, I easily found my bus and its platform. The bus came 20min before, we put the luggages and checked in tickets, then leave on time as scheduled.
