Обычно я стою и смотрю за его действиями ( присоединение шланга к газохранилищу и так далее ), собака выбежала за ворота , побежал загнать её на заградку . Выхожу из - за угла , такая милая картина - стоит и ссыт на забор . Просто шок ... У нас внуки на заградке играют , жена постоянно там возится. Не могу понять этого . Мадам из водяной компании прётся обутая проверить счётчик - у меня чистая ! обувь ! Что за люди... Bohužel nelze zemní plyn, tak nám projektant doporučil buď tepelné čerpadlo (ekonomický nesmysl), pelety nebo propan. Po návštěvě obchodního zástupce jsme vše propočítali a nejlépe nám vyšel propan. Od instalace po první závoz proběhlo vše dle dohody a včas. Děkuji, budu dál doporučovat! After buying an older house we installed new heating. Unfortunately, natural gas cannot be used, so the designer recommended us either a heat pump (economic nonsense), pellets or propane. After the visit of the sales representative we calculated everything and the best thing was propane. From the installation to the first carriage everything was done by appointment and on time. Jednalo se o pobočku v Havířově U Lékárny 1366/1, 735 35 Horní Suchá, 16.11. ve 13.30 opět už nikdo nebyl. Dle vrátného si odskočili na poštu... Inability of workers to replace the 5 kg bottle ... První dodávka jíž proběhla a musím říct, že i cenově jsem byl příjemně překvapen. I haven't had services at this level for a long time! Really professional. Advise, arrange installation, recommend heating engineers and designers. The first delivery has already taken place and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at the price.

Jako velkoodběratel mohu konstatovat, že přístup této firmy a jejich zástupců, při řešení instalaci zásobníků ve svahu, je mizerný. Dovezli nám 30 let staré zásobníky bůh ví odkud, i když věděli, že terén pro případné výměny je zásadně nepřístupný. Dále doporučují předražené dodavatele plynového managementu. U dodávek plynu nejsou schopni říct přesný termín. Otevření zimního provozu jsme měli naplánováno na 31.10. a jen díky neserioznosti této firmy je náš provoz doteď zavřený, což nám způsobuje ekonomické ztráty. Spolupráci s touto firmou výrazně nedoporučuji. Initial experience with this supplier are tragic. At the gas supply they are not able to tell the exact date. The opening of winter operation was planned for 31.10. and only because of this firm's unreliability, our operations are still closed, causing us economic losses. Cooperation with this company strongly recommended.
