Budoucím klientům doporučuji dát si práci a najít si menší a kvalitní firmu. The only thing that is good at this company is its representative premises. Za realizaci rozpočtu a prohlídku bytu celkem zaplaceno cca 6500. Všechny mnou následně oslovené firmy toto udělaly zadarmo a do 14 ti dní, výsledný rozpočet byl u všech o 25-40% nižší . S	Sang Banf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samotný návrh díla byl v pořádku, ocenil jsem všestrannost firmy v oblasti dodávek vybavení bytu. Realizace návrhu ze strany řemeslníků byla také v pořádku, avšak komunikace (konkrétněji nekomunikace) ze strany zaměstnanců firmy výsledný dojem hodně pokazila. Ignorování emailů a nezvedání telefonů (bez toho aniž by se někdo obtěžoval zavolat nazpět, v případě emailů pak jejich přijetí zapíral) považuji za silně neprofesionální i s ohledem na hodnotu zakázky kterou jsme firmě zadali. Oceňuji výběr vybavení a realizaci zakázky na kterou si nemohu stěžovat. Komunikace s klientem ze strany zaměstnanců společnosti by však potřebovala rozhodně vylepšit. Mám li to předvést na konkrétním příkladu, nedovedu si představit že bych klientovi v případě nedodržení mnou slíbeného termínu (v době kdy klient už čtvrt hodiny po domluvené době čeká na místě) řekl že si holt hodinu počká, protože helikoptérou nedisponuji. Nevím jaké poměry panují v této společnosti, ale komunikovat s klientem takovýto způsobem by ve většině normálních firem zpravidla vedlo k ukončení zaměstnaneckého poměru. Výběr a realizace návrhu rozhodně špatné nebyly (jak již bylo zmíněno výše), ovšem úroveň komunikace ze strany zaměstnanců celkový dojem hodně pokazila. Nedovedu si tedy představit že bych s klidným srdcem tuto firmu komukoliv doporučil. I appreciate the choice of equipment and the implementation of the order, which I can not complain about. However, communication with the client by the company's employees would definitely need to be improved. If I have to show it on a specific example, I can't imagine that in case of non-compliance with my promised deadline (at a time when the client has been waiting on the spot for a quarter of an hour after the agreed time) I would say that I will wait an hour because I don't have a helicopter. I do not know what the conditions are in this company, but communicating with the client in this way would usually lead to termination of employment in most normal companies. The selection and implementation of the proposal were definitely not bad (as mentioned above), but the level of communication from the employees greatly damaged the overall impression. So I can't imagine that I would recommend this company to anyone with a calm heart.
L	Lucie Leopoldova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší spolupráce s dodavatelem, jakou jsem kdy zažila. Objednala jsem si stavbu příčky mezi pokoji včetně zabudování posuvných dveří. Příčka několikrát praskla, problémy se zajištěním termínu oprav, chodili na několikrát, někdy jsme si domluvili termín a ani nepřišli (pokaždé jsem se musela uvolňovat z práce). Instalace dveří měla zahrnovat i přidělání podlahových lišt, což nakonec nezahrnovala. Opět zdlouhavá komunikace ohledně lišt. Problémy s domluvou termínu. Obecně komunikace s ProBydlením nefungovala, na emaily buď neodpoví, anebo s prodlevou. Neustále se jim člověk musí připomínat. Objednáno bylo na konci léta 2018 s tím, že stavba příčky měla být v listopadu 2018. Je půlka května 2019 a doposud není dílo kompletně hotové. Současný stav je, že ProBydlení nereaguje na moje urgence. Když jsem jim přenechala klíče od bytu na stavbu příčky, klíče včetně čipu ztratili a rovněž z bytu zmizela lahev šampaňského. Čip sice zajistili nový, ale klíč nijak nenahradili, musela jsem si tedy pořídit nové klíče. Spolupráci s nimi silně nedoporučuji. Worst collaboration with a supplier I've ever experienced. In general, communication with ProBydl did not work, it will not reply to e-mails or with delay. You must always remember them. It was ordered at the end of the summer of 2018, with the construction of the partition being in November 2018. It is mid-May 2019 and so far the work is not complete. The current situation is that ProBydlení does not respond to my urgency. When I gave them the keys to the apartment to build the partition, the keys, including the chip, were lost and the bottle of champagne disappeared from the apartment. Although the chip secured a new one, but it did not replace the key, I had to buy new keys. I do not strongly recommend working with them.
