★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S tímto obchodem mám dvě zkušennosti (jedna loni a jedna letos) - konkrétně se servisem techniky a obě bych hodnotil na výbornou. Pět hvězdiček dávám za přístup personálu, komunikaci, dostupnosti servisních díluů i rychlosti servisu. Loni byl pořešen servis gramců technics 1210 a výměna rotačního středu s ložisky. Nyní řešen repas MIXu Rodec a také na výbornou. Pozitivně hodnotím i cenu (konkrétně u těchto dvou značek).
 I have two experiences with this shop (one last year and one this year) - specifically with technical service and I would rate both as excellent. I give five stars for staff access, communication, availability of service parts and speed of service. Last year, the service of grams technics 1210 and the replacement of the rotating center with bearings was solved. Now the Rodec MIX refurbishment has been solved and also excellent. I also evaluate the price positively (specifically for these two brands).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are fantastic. I can't speak very great Czech but they were very helpful even though I was a bumbling foreigner. They helped me figure out the cable I needed, and when they didn't have it, they just made it on the spot! Awesome service. I've been there multiple times and had a great experience. Good prices, great staff, if you need anything audio cable related, go there!
