★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupena sada termosklenic, které lze dle vyjádření na obalu použít v myčce. První sklenice se rozpadla na střepy, druhá pouze praskla. Další jsem raději nezkoušel, nechci kupovat novou myčku. Sklenice byly samozřejmě umístěny v prostoru pro sklenice.
Reklamace neuznána, na centrálu se nedá dovolat, buď to nikdo nebere anebo je hovor po jednom zazvonění ukončen z druhé strany.
Vyjádření v reklamačním protokolu zní, že sklenice byly v myčce testovány a lze je tam použít, tím to pro ně končí. Personál má prakticky zakázáno přijímat reklamace - přesněji řečeno se má ze všech sil snažit zákazníka od reklamace odradit. Na druhou stranu stejně není o co stát, když reklamaci neuznají.
Podobnou zkušenosti mají i lidé z mého okolí, bohužel jsou toho názoru, že je zbytečné to řešit a pokoušet se o to nestojí za jejich čas.
Purchased a set of thermos, which can be used in the dishwasher, as stated on the packaging. The first glass shattered into shards, the second just cracked. I prefer not to try another, I don't want to buy a new dishwasher. The glasses were, of course, placed in the glass space.
The complaint is not accepted, it is not possible to call the headquarters, either no one takes it or the call is terminated from the other side after one ring.
The statement in the complaint protocol is that the glasses have been tested in the dishwasher and can be used there, which is the end of them for them. The staff is practically forbidden to accept complaints - more precisely, they should do their best to discourage the customer from complaining. On the other hand, there is still nothing to stand for if they do not accept the complaint.
People from my surroundings have a similar experience, unfortunately they are of the opinion that it is useless to solve it and it is not worth their time to try.
