★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolvovala jsem zde kurz hormonální jógové terapie. Předtím mi západní medicína doporučila umělé hormony. Nechtěla jsem jít touto cestou a chtěla zkusit alternativu. Míša kurz skvěle vedla, všechno dobře vysvětlila. Přínosné bylo také antistresové cvičení, cviky na pánevní dno a nahlédnutí do světa aromaterapie. Míša byla vždy ochotně k dispozici i po absolvování kurzu, kdy jsem při cvičení doma potřebovala občas něco konzultovat. Cvičím už od června a cítím se opravdu dobře. Původní obtíže jsou ty tam.
 I took a course in hormonal yoga therapy here. Previously, Western medicine recommended artificial hormones to me. I didn't want to go this route and wanted to try an alternative. Miša led the course well, she explained everything well. Anti-stress exercises, pelvic floor exercises and an insight into the world of aromatherapy were also beneficial. Míša was always willing to be available even after completing the course, when I needed to consult something from time to time while exercising at home. I have been training since June and I feel really good. The original difficulties are those there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem již několikrát za Míšou na masáži. Dostal jsem to od přítelkyně jako dárek. Mohl bych se pokusit tady napsat oslavnou báseň. Ale nevyjádřilo by to, jak to bylo dokonalé. Jsem spíše kritik, ale tady mohu jen děkovat a doporučovat. Takže děkuji a ze srdce doporučuji.
I have been to Míša for a massage several times. I got it from a girlfriend as a gift. I could try to write a celebratory poem here. But it wouldn't express how perfect it was. I'm more of a critic, but here I can only thank and recommend. So thank you and I heartily recommend.
