After coming back to Prague brought two of my children to sing up for the program and got horrible attitude from two receptionists... to make the story short I’ll just say that the attitude was so bad that I left with two children with no desire to deal with them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are not bad, the place is clean and modern and it is convenient having most of the specialists within the complex. However, the reception staff when you approach the desk is simply awful, making you feel absolutely unwelcome like you are bothering them. Over the phone they are nicer for some reason. They need to undergo a serious customer service training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s the worst health company possible. It’s not possible to get doctors appointment several days in a row. All the “promises” from reception to call back are just lie. They forget to call back, make some antibiotics prescription which result in side effects, not check up on patient and impossible even to call a doctor to ask what to do.

I appreciate how the clinic helped me with my convalescence after a sports related injury... even during the pandemic... big thanks to Ms Svarcova and her physio team!
